Hosts were very nice. I didn't have the breakfast because I don't normally anyway, but the smell of it was lovely. Our room was great, a good size and had a view of the top of the tower, which was illuminated during our visit. Very clean. We would stay definitely stay here again. We were in Blackpool as part of a group of about 30 spread all over the North/Central area and from the comments, we were definitely in one of the better ones. The free wifi was very good. Handy for all the North/Central bars/restaurants and night clubs.

Towels were a little small. For the oversized person, as I am, I could have done with a larger one.

we had 2 rooms 9 & 10 good view , could see blackpool tower from windows , great location close to centre , council run car park over road £25.00 for 4 days , good value rooms were nice and clean , well decorated

the showers in both rooms looked good but were too small to use , no room to move once inside , maybe a separate shower room for general use would be better than room showers. there was an energy saving function on toilet / shower light , which was ok during the day /evening but was annoying at night , the light goes off for up to 30 seconds. leaving you in dark before coming back on .

The hosts were friendly and helpful, left us to our own devices, which we liked , the room was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again, the walk to the front wasn't too bad and really enjoyed it

No criticism at all, loved it, there's nothing wrong with it, breakfast was available if we wanted, nothing was too much trouble for them, couldn't find fault

The breakfast was great value for the price, me and my friend changed the room to a family room on the second floor, because I have trouble with my knees, Ann gave us a room on the first floor which I appreciated, nothing was too much trouble for them, I would definitely recommend this hotel...

Hotel was very clean and quiet stayed 2 nights and didn't have any problems. Hotel is in a good location very close to town and sea front. Tony and Ann were very friendly and welcoming and help any way they can we enjoyed our stay that much we have booked again for next month. Thank you Tony and Ann we can't wait to come again Amanda and Darren

NIce and clean, owners really friendly and helpful, great breakfast and has bookable parking.

The shower was a bit claustrophobic for me as I'm a biggish fella, but not restrictive, Blackpool accom is from a previous age and adding showers etc, is never easy for such properties. Plenty of hot water and a decent showerhead too.

Fantastic Hotel, Spotlessly Clean, Tony and Ann were fantastic hosts, they could not do enough for us, we went as customers and left as friends, we will definitely be returning and we will be recommending to all our friends and work colleagues! What an excellent couple who work as a well oiled team to keep their lovely hotel in top notch condition! As for the breakfast! Excellent excellent excellent, plentiful and cooked to perfection, the best breakfast I've ever had while staycationing in Blackpool over the past 30odd yrs! THE EGG WAS PERFECTLY COOKED, not runny and raw or hard and crispy edged.. perfect as in 10/10 Just loved the place, full stop!,

Nothing..... the place is perfect, no improvement needed! Dont change a thing Ann and Tony! IF CARLSBERG MADE HOTELIERS...... THIS WOULD BE THEM.

Comfy bed..comfy pillows. Nice clean rooms. Lovely cooked breakfast (cheers Ann)...served by the gentle giant Jon. Proper guesthouse hosts. They made a point of addressing you by your first name..a very good relaxing touch. I didn't feel like a numbered guest..i felt more like a friend being welcomed back . Deffo will be going back there (taking my 2 grown up sons there so they can experience what a good guest house can be like and not listen to some of the horror stops you hear about .

No plug sockets to charge phone at side of bed and no bedside drawer to put a drink on for during night.. But that might just be my room

Very friendly couple running the hotel, provided excellent service. Large cooked breakfast, parking available outside for a small cost, room was exceptionally clean

Could have been a wider choice of times for breakfast but this is a very small point and didn't inconvenience us on this stay

Ann & Tony we’re lovely hosts. We received a very warm welcome from them both & Rocky there beautiful dog. They also went above an beyond along with there lovely housekeeper for me personally on my last day of my stay. That I am truly thankful for. I'd like to say thank you for accommodating dietary needs at breakfast for my Auntie who’s got celiacs disease. Breakfast was delicious. Both our Rooms were extremely clean & tidy. Beds very comfortable too. We were very close to the main hustle & bustle of Blackpool with the beachfront, shopping centre and central pier just a 5 minute walk away. We Will definitely be back.
