Jay and tash were very welcoming and friendly made sure that everything we needed was there very comfortable stay both Jay and tash made us feel very welcome also their little dog Frank was entertainment and loved a fuss. Breakfast was lovely plenty to eat and drink again tash and jay made sure you had enough tea/coffee and toast. Room was clean tidy tea/coffee making in the room but also you could have a chat with them in the bar while they served coffee or an alcoholic drink again bar was clean and tidy very relaxing This is a highly recommended place to stay perfect for the walk to the pleasure Beach or stroll into shopping in town We will defiantly be back on any opportunities we have I would recommend this to anyone who would like I chilled out time or even a lovely weekend/week away.

Lovely owner, very friendly. Hotel was exceptionally clean. We stayed in a small double room which was adequate for us as we were only stopping a couple of nights, would book a bigger room if we were staying again. The breakfast which can be purchased for a additional cost is well worth the money, quality ingredients and cooked very well. I would say that the only thing that would have made our stay better would have been a fan in the room as it was hot and humid other than that can't fault it. Many thanks

Lovely location, easy to find and most importantly, very near to The Winter Gardens. The hotel is well designed with a great little bar. The room was spacious, clean with pleasant decor and atmosphere. It is somewhere, where I would be happy to stay again, reassured by the very friendly staff that if any problem arises, that they act upon it very quickly with the problem resolved on the same day, when you return.

Very clean throughout, very friendly family run hotel our room was on the first floor, small double and ensuite with shower. Very accessible to town, Blackpool tower was a 5 minute walk, we reserved parking and compared to other hotels we checked the parking was at a reasonable fee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend, very good value for money, the bar although small was nice, we didn't take breakfast option.

the owners were absolutely fabulous. Very attentive. So lovely! The room was modern and very clean. lots of space for our three night stay. Very homely. In the middle between the train station and the beach front, so easy to get around! lovely reception area. they’ve even got toiletries available to buy if you forget anything & at a good price too.

I knocked off one point for a sachet of spoiled milk BUT Tash did rectify this immediately after we told her.

Everything was perfect for what we need for a little break. Very clean and we'll organised hotel with everything we needed plus more. Would highly recommend it to anyone. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean with plenty of storage. Could not fault it on anything Thank you Jay and tash for our stay.

There was nothing to dislike everything was perfect.

My daughter and i had a weekend break here, and it was ideal for our stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, the room had everything we needed, and the hotel itself was handily located for both the train station and the beach. The breakfast was lovely, promptly served, and there were different options available to choose from depending on how hungry you were. I would definitely recommend.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved, everything was as described.

Lovely Hotel owners who were very welcoming and kept us up to date with everything leading up to our stay, lovely comfy room, very clean and well equipped. Good location, only a short walk to the town centre and Blackpool Tower. Very Tasty Breakfast.

Cant say that there was anything we didn’t like about the property, would definitely stay there again.

Lovely B&B just a short walk from the seafront and the winter gardens. Jay and Tash couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating even getting up early to make us breakfast before our early start for a cheerleading competition. Full English breakfast was a little bit extra but was delicious and well worth the money. Our room was small but this was made clear on the booking and priced accordingly. It was immaculately clean and all Covid precautions taken. There was hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided in the room. Lots of sockets, all of which had USB ports which was handy. Lovely hot shower. Toiletries and plenty of loo roll provided (some places can be a bit stingy). Overall, I was very impressed. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.

One minor thing was the towels were a bit small but in the grand scheme of things that’s not a big deal

The hotel was so lovely, clean and tidy, smelt fresh and really Christmassy as well which added to the stay. We came for our wedding anniversary weekend and we loved it! Tash and Jay were so welcoming and checked on us daily to make sure we was fine and all was OK. The room was so nice, everything you needed in it (even an iron and ironing board 😊) was even offered an upgrade but stayed with the king room. We asked to leave our bags in hotel when we arrived about 2:00 and as the room was ready they allowed us to check in. Paid £10 for late check out, loved that this was available, allowed us to do a few things without our cases prior to going home . Location was spot on, think it was like 2 streets away from Coral Island and the central pier. Looking forward to staying here again next year!!
