Llanryan Guest House

Stayed here with a few friends. We arrived earlier than the 2 o'clock check-in stated but were made very welcome and given our rooms straight away. We were given one room on first floor and the other directly above on the second floor. The rooms are lovely and clean, bed so comfy. There is a shower suite within the room, and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. The hosts were very friendly and open, having a lovely chat with them on the front garden in the sun before we went to our event, then wishing us a good night as we went out. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. There are offerings of cereal, yoghurt, fruit before you are provided with toast and then a delicious cooked full English breakfast, which I may add was lush. It was cooked well and not greasy at all. Location very close to everything you need but also nice quiet street. This is such a lovely little place to stay, and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for somewhere that is a great price and welcoming. I will defo book again that's for sure.

If I had to be picky.... the view from bedroom window into a back alley, but I didn't go for the view from my window!!

Although compact, our room was clean, tidy and well presented.There was plenty of teabags and milk, and even some biscuits, which was a nice touch. lovely hot shower and extra pillows provided as requested. breakfast was piping hot and plentiful. Hosts were helpful re parking advice and always happy to answer our questions. All in all a great stay for a fantastic value for money price.

There was nothing I could improve other that the squawking seagulls, though that was not the fault of the hosts in any way!

Due to a rail strike, my planned 1 night stay turned into 3 nights - the hotel owners were very accommodating, letting me stay the additional 2 nights at very short notice, especially over a weekend. Can't thank them enough for that. They extended a warm welcome to me. The hotel is very good value for money - good breakfast and clean, en-suite room. A 5-10 minute walk to the promenade, 10 minute walk to the Winter Gardens, 15 minutes walk from Blackpool FC and Blackpool North Railway Station.

Everything was as I expected for a "typical" Blackpool Guest House, couldn't fault it in any way.

Good location, quiet, just a short walk away from promenade. Good choice for breakfast, continental and cooked. Eggs cooked perfectly. Friendly and professional hosts who made sure our stay was a great one by going the extra mile. Rooms clean, cosy, and a comfortable bed too. Affordable price, especially for the central location. My son has additional support needs and clare and dewey were brilliant with him making sure he was happy and relaxed during his stay . Thoroughly recommend Llanryan guest house.

Thoroughly enjoyed and loved our stay .there is nothing we didn't like.

The guest house was spotlessly clean throughout, breakfast area was spacious with room between tables..Breakfast was also very good, we had a choice of cerials, and fruit juice, there was jams/marmalades on our table, the English breakfast was great, we had bacon eggs tomato, hash browns, beans and sausages..yum yum..was so quiet at night time making for a sound sleep, guest house was ideal spot for us as we were only 30 second walk to the H&A social club with free entertainment, would recommend this guest house to our friends for sure. Clare and John make everyone welcome and have time to chat to their guests..

Nothing about the LLanryan to complain about, we had the most pleasant stay.

Very friendly people. Couldn't do enough for us, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The place was so clean. Loved the layout of the family room. The single beds were comfy. Room decor was lovely. Plenty of sockets for plugging in necessities. Even left us little biscuits with the coffee and tea.

The double bed really needs replacing in room 3. It was so springy and worn that you laid on it and bed sunk down completely and felt every spring. The hot water did not work in taps for some reason at night but worked in the morning. The blinds do not fully cover window and so you felt like people could see in while changing.

We loved this place. The host's were amazing. They acually made an effort with everyone. The place was absolutely spotless and lovely decor throughout the place. Breakfast was delicious deffo 10/10. They have definitely underpriced themselfs. Good for us though will definitely use this place again. Location 5 mins away from Tower.

Very clean and room had a double bed a single bed and bunk beds also a cot . Plenty of room to move about .not far from the tower probably just a 5 min walk . Quiet street very little noise at night .and staff in the morning very helpful with 2 grandkids at breakfast .only stayed the one night but would stay there again for longer

Couldn't find anything wrong .apart from parking but the 30 second walk didn't kill us

Well located near Winter Gardens. Very friendly hosts who made no problem of providing vegan breakfast when asked. Accomodation is clean, good mattress and our stay was carefree. For the whole of Blackpool earplugs are advised if you’re a light sleeper, because the seagulls like to be loud across town.

The owners of Llanryan Guest House welcomed us warmly and paid special attention to our kids. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options for young children. The B&B is conveniently located near the seafront and shops.

I suppose the only downside is that there is no onsite parking, but we use a third-party service to book parking that is very close to the B&B.
