The lady who greeted us was absolutely lovely, so friendly. Gave our kids sweets, chocolate and water on arrival and some snacks upon leaving they loved her. So helpful with any questions we had. We were lucky enough to be able to park at the front of the property for a small fee per day. Our room was spotless, lovely and clean and quite spacious for 4 of us. Its a lovely little hotel, close to the front and all amenities. We loved our stay and so did our girls. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal location for a trip to see the illuminations. Very limited parking in front of the hotel but lots of reasonably priced parking very close by (£9.50 for 24 hrs). The rooms were very clean and the family room we used had a great room off the main bedroom for our Granddaughter which she loved. The land lady could not have been more friendly or helpful. She greeted us as soon as we came through the door and spoiled our granddaughter with a selection of sweets and drinks, always great currency with kids! She even gave her treats as we checked out. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were greeted with lovely smile, sweeties for kids and bottled water. We were showen to our room, with clean towels, comfortable beds, storage space and hotel like finish. We had digital key to room and main entrance that gave us good comfort in safety. There was parking space at front and less than 10 min walk to main beach. Best stay ever! Can not say enough about host, she will make sure you are happy and make your stay most comfortable.

Nice central location near everything. Nice comfy beds. Host was such a lovely woman she did try her very best to make our stay a good one. Room was ideal for just sleeping in and decent for the money we paid.

Room was rather small for 4 people also with the weather being warm there was no air con in the room and we had to ask to be given a fan and also a fridge in the room would have be handy to have to keep water in ect. Also shower took ages to actually heat up and Wi-Fi worked for 2 minutes then would disconnect and even our phone data didn’t work in the room.

the owner is such a lovely woman! couldn’t be any more accommodating than she was! such a friendly kind lady! on arrival offered us drinks and gave kids sweets. when leaving to go out she gave the kids a fruit shoot to take with them! leaving for train home gave us all water and snacks! I’ve stayed in alot of hotels in Blackpool and have never been treated as good as we were here! the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable with all clean bedding! for the price we paid it was such good value thank you for a lovely stay 🥰

Amazing stay, beds very comfortable like a home from home. Within 5 minutes walk of Blackpool Town Centre. Decem the owner is one of the loveliest people iv ever met, spoiled my daughter with chocolates and juice and really got the time to know us which was lovely. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely staff, lovely manager, Lovely warm welcome, Friendly with the children. Was offered water and snacks upon arrival. Room was amazing very clean, Shower was one of the best I have had in blackpool the water pressure was really good. Beds was comfortable. Room was big. 100% recommended from us.

The owner (December) was brilliant, she could not do enough when it came to an issue with the lock on our door, we were without request moves to a large room which was very nice. The location to the centre is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the centre.

Location was spot on not far from the beach at all, around 5 minute walk if that. Food options around the area as well as close to the pier on the beach. Rooms we had were good, clean, and just what we needed. The lady that checked us in and was running the place was lovely, friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at the Cumbrian with the lovely Decem! She was so welcoming and kind and made our trip even better. We had everything we needed comfy bed, clean room and nice fluffy towels! Would definitely stay again and hope to be back soon.
