I liked the accommodation.Paul is a very nice man and the cleaner is great .

I would have preferred more towels.It was a pity there was no breakfast this visit. However, I understand that the price of food & overhead costs .I think leaving a hot urn filled with hot water and some spare cutlery would be a good idea,not a criticism but a suggestion. I know there are kettles in the bedrooms. However, what if it's raining and you have to stay in or order in carryout food.I personally wouldn't want wooden or plastic cutlery.It would benefit the infirm,people with poor mobility,parents with kids ...

First impressions was absolutely fabulous, greated with a smile and very welcoming. The outside of the b&b is very tidy and the inside was absolutely fabulous smells clean and looked very clean you can tell its kept well. Downstairs you have a bar with big tv and seating fantastic low lighting to relax. Paul the owner will take the time out to speak to making you feel very welcoming will also give you some advice where to go and whats around a very respectful guy. The family room was great had a nice shower, tv fresh bedding and the room was very matained carpets. Morning breakfast was so shocked with having the breakfast for free of charge the food was really nice plenty of bread to make your self toast, fresh tea, very well presented you have cereal as well with cooked full english breakfast including resh orange juice avaliable. If your looking for a nice quiet and clean b&b this is the place to come to you have so much around and only 5 mins walk to the main center it really is a great place to come to even with a family. Thank you paul for taking the time out and making our 2 days great look forward cominf again very soon 😀

From the moment I walked through the door and met Paul, I felt welcomed, the lounge was very clean and smelled nice and fresh, my room was perfect for me, it was clean and well presented, the cooked full English breakfast was cooked to perfection, paul was always available. Booked for 3 nights ended up staying an extra 3 nights, will be going back very soon, was my first holiday alone and been disabled I was very nervous, but paul and the nice atmosphere at the hotel put me at ease, paul does a very good job, and im looking forward to my next stay I will be booking again very soon , very highly recommend staying at the mayfair hotel.

There was nothing that was not liked.

Room was absolutely beautiful. The bed well I didn't want to get out of it in the morning, so comfortable. Fresh clean towels on arrival which was perfect because of the hot weather, needed a shower soon as we got there. Owner of the hotel is absolutely lovely, very friendly and welcoming and so was the people staying at the time. Everyone sat outside together, all talking to each other, was very friendly and welcoming. No one was left out of a conversation and no one felt singled out. 100% a place ill definitely be checking back into

The Mayfair hotel is amazing place to stay beautiful rooms very modern and good size . Beds are comfy and decor beautiful Very close to the centre and The owner Paul very friendly and gives you any information you require this hotel is a credit to him . Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choices on the cooked breakfast with tea x toast eat as much as you wanted . All in all had a great stay and would definitely return to the Mayfair I will not stay anywhere else now as this had everything 5star * Thanks 👍 Paula x Bob

There was nothing I didn't like it was perfect a lovely 2 night stay 😊 Paul and Staff make you feel welcome

The owner was so wonderful, I would recommend to everybody to stay here and I will absolutely absolutely be back if I’m lucky enough to visit Blackpool again. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The location was wonderful, close to town but not too much on top of the center so it was lovely and peaceful, close to sea and the arcades. I was so happy and extended my stay another night, I just didn’t want to leave! The owner was the nicest and friendliest and most accommodating I have ever stayed with when travelling.

If I had to pick something I would say the room was a little small for me for a double but I do have a tendency to spread out and need space!

I liked the Mayfair Hotel and found Paul the host very welcoming during my stay there. It is in a great location and close to Blackpool Tower and the seafront. If you like your nightlife you can't go wrong here as close to pubs and clubs. The hotel itself was very clean, room was cosy with an ensuite shower room. Breakfast was great with a choice of cereals, fruit juices and a help yourself buffet style full English breakfast. All in all i enjoyed my two nights at the Mayfair, and would recommend if stopping over in Blackpool.

Breakfast wasn't included in the price but that wasn't a issue as we was visiting family and going out ect, bedroom was lovely nice decor, little cold due to set timing on heating but was pre warned with the sky light in the room. Shower and spa bath in WC, didnt use bath but shower was nice, bar wasn't open over the weekend but was offer to attend show with owners. Sadly didn't make it back it time from seeing family, sign says outside a 'warm welcome awaits you' and they wasn't wrong.

Paul was very welcoming had an amazing weekend away for the husbands birthday. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Rooms really nice and modern. Breakfast was really nice. Bar was lovely Would definitely go again.

Only down side was the mattress was uncomfortable and dipped in places and stuck up in the middle. I should have mentioned this to Paul and I'm sure he would of sorted somthing but we don't like to mither.

Host was excellent and very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and lots of it.

the bedside lights didn't work, the shower door didn't shut properly, it would be nice if there was a shelf above the sink to put wash kit, razor, shaving foam etc. on.
