The room was warm when I arrived, because the radiator had clearly been on for some time. The room was clean and bright. Even the towels were artistically presented. The hot water ran hot quickly. The hotel is near the seafront / tram service and it was very close to an all day pub restaurant called the Duke of York. It is also in easy walking distance of The North Pier. The Vienna provides breakfast at a reasonable price, though I did not sample it on this trip. Instead, I ordered in a pizza late in the evening and made it last! Communications with the Hotel were excellent

I had an early start at a conference both mornings, so I wouldn't have minded the option of very early sandwiches to take way in lieu of breakfast, as breakfast at the Vienna started too late for me.

It’s a cheap b&b in Blackpool, don’t expect the ritz. It’s a fantastic place for the price. We had 7 rooms so had a good sample. They were all a decent size and clean with working amenities.. what more do you need when staying in Blackpool. Breakfast was only £5 and was lovely, definitely recommend They stay was made by the owner Trevor who couldn’t have done more for us. I go Blackpool quite a bit and have stayed in many places but will return to the Vienna where possible in future.

A bar in the hotel would have made it even better

Stayed here over the recent bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by Trevor who was warm friendly and welcoming. Our room was a well appointed twin room with 2 double beds which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order for an additional £5. Had a lovely stay and plan to return to hotel Vienna on next visit to Blackpool Keep up the great work!

Did not have breakfast the staff was brilliant but wen we left we got threatened by man and women about my parking the car I was told were to park so I was not in the wrong wen someone e says to u hope u av an avmccident on the way home he's lucky I dud not involve the police will not be staying there again

Excellent location! Near everything, parking right next door to the hotel through a locked gate for security

It was only a 10 min walk to the main area where all the bars are, two min walk to the promenade! Staff was absolutely fantastic he could not help us enough! Great service!

A little bit outdated, the bathrooms are really tiny, but other then that it was nice hotel

Perfect location for us, very helpful host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Free parking which was unexpected but a great bonus. Nice and quiet, no loud parties or noisy neighbours, a short walking distance from the Blackpool Tower. Would definitely recommend!

The tap was constantly dripping in one of the rooms but was promptly sorted out

close to the seafront. with nearby parking. staff very accommodating with husband’s gluten intolerance. super helpful.

cleanliness could be a little better in parts. bedsheets needed changing but staff were very quick to respond and sort this so not really too negative

Owner was welcoming and very friendly. Fast check in and I liked being upgraded to a larger room. Location was perfectly close to train station and Winter Gardens where we were working that weekend

Broken plug near my mate's bed put him off using it

On arrival i was given a room upgrade and allowed to book in an hour early. Breakfast was extra but was very good. I had a lovely top floor room

Breakfast was 8-9 - would prefered later but wasnt a problem.
