Great location, friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Overall very happy with our stay. Thank you

Cleanliness.. very minor but left dirty bin in bathroom but emptied the one in the bedroom. Had to ask for sugar a couple of times. Could of done with a hoover mid stay. However nothing that’s mentioned did not spoil our stay.

Breakfast satisfactory. Staff excellent and location very good and convenient. Room spotless and Housekeeping on top form! Reception Team second to none, especially Fern. Well done young Lady - you were a big help during my stay. Thank you. I recommend this hotel, so long as it continues to maintain its high standards. Good parking and appears to be secure during the early hours with Night Porter.

Gogglebox reception hit and miss. Think it is a faulty co-axle ( Aerial ) connection. Did report to Libertys at the time. Double Room just about big enough. Would prefer a larger room if and when I stay again. Nothing else to dislike!

The hotel room (103) was ideal (apart from the noise) over looking the car park with views of the sea and being on the 1st floor was close to the stairs and lift so ideal for taking somebody with mobility issues on holiday. Room was clean with plenty of towels and tea and coffee provided in the room. Cleaning staff (who clean the room every 2 days) provided extra milk and toilet roll promptly when asked and were friendly and professional. Basic liquid soap and shower gel provided which is fine at this price point and plenty of local shops if you wanted to upgrade to something more luxurious. Breakfast choices have been reduced in recent years as have number of wait staff but still good value for money. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Blackpool North train station and 5 minutes from nearest tram stop.

The noise and vibration (bass) from the music on the ground floor from around 8:00pm to 11:30pm every night. We had to turn up on the television to 21 simply to hear it. Yes, we could have asked to change rooms but given my friend have mobility issues and takes ages to settle down and relax so decided to keep calm and carry on instead. The wardrobe location was terrible nearly impossible to close the door without banging it.

Near centre ,so close to everything ideally situated, close to train station would stay again.Personally would like a better room Next time I probably pay the extra.

Blackpool on the whole was great but a lot of hotels have hit hard times after covid and lacking some tlc our hotel was ok in most places carpet in our room needed replacing but we were offered an upgrade for our stay so wouldn't complain about it.Could of done with fried eggs at breakfast but I'm sure they would of made some if we had asked instead of scrambled. On the whole cheap ok hotel for people on a tight budget plus entertainment was ideal for coach party guest that couldn't or didn't want to go far in the evening as Blackpool isn't the safest place to be out in late at night.Do like more of a 8 or 9 out of ten hotel but for me an ok 7 this time .

Spacious room, very clean bathrooms, comfy beds, blackout curtains. Reception was manned by a staff till late. On site car park and walking distance to Blackpool Tower. Shower was really good and toilet and bath was exceptionally clean. Breakfast buffet was on offer for weekend ie for 2 persons only £15 which we tried. It was really good in the restaurant area ie all you can eat. The breakfast/sausages were really tasty and good quality.

None.. Best hotel I have stayed in Blackpool. I have stayed in Blackpool several times before at very unpleasant hotels with poor standards of hygiene with many faults.

5 /10minuets walk into main shopping area , very close to the beach literally over the road ( dogs allowed on North beach ) , good bar round the corner the soul suite , hotel dog friendly £10 a night each dog good breakfast & I believe it isn’t too far from train station, bedding spotless clean & rooms very big with en suite & dressing room ,entertainment on weekends in lounge if weather not good or don’t fancy going out can take dogs in lounge too ,parking at hotel £6 a day if you can get a parking spot otherwise it’s £13 a day on public car park , We took our small dog & to our embarrassment she came into season & got blood on duvet cover I reported it to the manager who was fine with it I offered to pay for a new cover & she said not to worry housekeeping will deal with it , she was very nice

Rooms tired need decorating bathroom updating , carpet needs cleaning & when I dropped my glasses side of the bed the bedside table was sticky & needed a thorough clean I didn’t like having to ask for beverages breakfast time & waiting for cook to refill bacon & sausage tomatoes, waiter was run off his feet & was on his own most of the time No croissants on both occasions we went for breakfast not a major problem but would have been nice to have one.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Private parking was helpful and handy for the two days we stayed. Not far to walk to North Pier and where everything is. Beach is right on the door step. Give you extra tea stuff if asked which was handy for a tea drinker like myself. Also, there was a hand rail in the shower which helped due to me still recovering from a fracture, it helped me out when having a shower which was great. Liked the soap and shampoo dispensers. I went with my son who has Autism and he was very relaxed so I’m happy. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Not having access to heating. I understand being eco and with the price of gas but we were chilled threw and didn’t have access to the heating. But it was mostly comfortable temperature.

Staff both at the reception desk and bar staff were excellent. Large bedroom was clean and comfortable with decent shower. This is an ideal location to expire Blackpool around 10 minutes walk from the train station, large Sainsburys supermarket. and a range of decent pubs. Abingdon Barbecue (44 Abingdon street) has excellent breakfast batches for a couple of pounds that we keep you going until mid afternoon. Worth taking the tram to Cleveleys for fish and chips and ice cream. Don't go to Fleetwood without checking first that the excellent Fleetwood market is open as it isn't open on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday as there isn't a great deal to do in Fleetwood if the market is closed especially if it is pouring down with rain. Nearest Tram Stop is Pleasant Street about a 5 mins walk from hotel.

Some of the side streets between the hotel and Dixon road can be rough with a lot of shady people at night. Best to use the promenade route rather than side streets. There is a fair amount of noise from the corridors, opening and shutting of doors from other guests etc.

Spacious rooms, polite staff, helpful. Location pretty good. If it was for poor Entertainment I would definitely come again, room value for money great. Compared to other hotels or bnbs really good for the space you get. Only thing let it down was incorrect plug sockets in areas needed.

No normal plugs next to bed, provided tiny fan in room in heatwave, unable to plug fan in next to bed due to incorrect sockets. Entertainment more catered to the older generation, lots of younger adults staying but no one came to Entertainment nights. Would be nice to have a more well rounded Entertainment choice.
