The Grove Falmouth

Fantastic location, cafes, bars, and shops all on doorstep. A great night sleep, a super comfy bed, and quiet. Spotlessly clean and good selection of teas and coffee. Great to have a fridge in the room. Easy check in and access.

Sachets with shower gel and shampoo. Difficult to open and not much in them. A shower gel and shampoo dispenser would be much better. Bath towels are very small. I'm a size 12 and only just went around me and covered everything. Could really do with a decent sized bath sheet.

It is a very convenient location at the one end of the high road. Parking was easy across the street at the municipal lot (£2 from 6pm-9am). The apartment had a comfortable sitting room and a nicely appointed master bedroom. The second bedroom had bunk beds as advertised. I would advise following a GPS route to the Falmouth Town train station (150m away) rather than going directly through the main pedestrian area on the high street.

It would be a great apartment for a family since it has one large master bedroom with double bed, and a much smaller room with two bunk beds. The location is perfect being close to the centre of town with many restaurants nearby. The towels provided are decent, and definitely not mere tea towels. Speaking of which, bring your own, because tea towels are not provided.

The duvet on the main bed was a bit overly insulating for summer. I got overheated and kept waking up. Parking was potentially an issue. There is free roadside parking near the property, but finding an empty slot can be a challenge. There is no parking on the property. There aren't enough power points.

Comfortable room with a great en suite. Room 8 was a good size and a really well thought out space.. The location is perfect for the station, harbour and town. Gylly beach is a short walk away. The hotel is beautifully presented and messages with the hotel staff were prompt and helpful.

I was there for three nights and so being in a hotel without a reception desk, breakfast or bar became a little impersonal. The hotel did message and explain the set up before I arrived. I would absolutely stay again when travelling with friends or family.

The room has a fridge and microwave as breakfast is not provided. Local shops and restaurants close by so breakfast is easy. The room was cosy and overlooked the garden. Plenty of windows so good light in the room. Newly refurbished and exceptionally clean. Lovely housekeeper helped me with my very heavy case when I was leaving and checked in with me each day.

The location was in easy access to all local amenities, with it being within walking distance of the harbour and main town. The view from the room was great.

Due to the residence being on the main road opposite a loading area and docks, it did get quite noisy during the night. Which is a small price to pay for the accessibility of the property to the local area.

Great location, lovely owners. The self contained flat was small as expected but still felt more spacious than I thought it would. Master bedroom was big with plenty of room for us to put up the travel cot

Although the flat was clean and tidy, the floor definitely need a good scrub as although it looked vacuumed we had black feet from walking on it!

We had a great experience at Grove Hotel! Our checkin with Mr Geoff was perfect, he has been very kind and available. The rooms were clean, nice and comfortable. The position is great, with restaurants and shops at 2 minutes walk. Wifi was perfect. Thank you!

Nothing, everything was okay

The location is amazing and the room was really spacious and very comfortable. Accessing the hotel was very easy and the staff we encountered were really helpful. A great stay and we are already talking about rebooking for the summer.

Everything was great :)) ( a reach would be that it seemed like in our room we couldn’t adjust the radiator temp- but that’s if we are stretching for an answer!)

Location was excellent with all shops restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. We were lucky enough to have been able to park right outside the hotel which gave added bonus of being free. The building was warm clean and restful. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Definate rebook. Thank you The Grove. 😊
