Clean and brand new inside Good location Very helpful staff
The walls seem very thin. And also headboard moves alot so we had to listen to the residents in the next room having sex all night and banging non stop on the headboard and we could hear everything! Also internal doors on the corridors are not soft closing so very loud at night. Staff had put signs up not to let the doors bang but this wasn't easy and so you could hear them banging all the time.

the only issue we had was the door was so loud! we heard every-time the door was closed so some disruptive sleep.

The room had everything we needed.Very clean and modern. Staff were excellent, always ready to help or answer our questions. The hotel is located conveniently, close to the sea, shops and train station.
The only minus is that it's right opposite a bar and people there can get a bit loud, but almost can't hear anything when the window is closed.

it was new, spotlessly clean and central to everything in Hastings town. The hotel was in walking distance from the station and was there was a Tesco supermarket opposite and a Wetherspoon’s pub and a Yates pub just outside the front door.
The parking lot want available but there is a carpal round the corner which was only £9.70 around the corner.

Everything.. beautiful Room..all very new and modern comfiest bed ever.. lovely little touches i.e shampoos body washes .. biscuits. Little pot plant ☘️ even selection of books 📚 if you fancy a read definitely the best in Hastings by far friendly reception team ..well done Bonnie !

Very clean and new rooms. Beautiful bathrooms. A little kitchenette with nice small cooker. Decoration of the rooms was very. In terms of preparation of the room, everything was absolutely 100%. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Very quick check-in and check out. Close to the beach and all sorts of touristy places.
A tiny bit hot at night since the rooms don't have AC. But I must say that they have provided a powerful fan that is quite quiet and we slept through the night okay. The lovely lady in the reception offered to give us additional fan. It's worth to mention that the days where unusually hot during our stay.
