Lovely little studio accommodation. I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, thanks Roberto. The studio was clean, comfortable and warm. Everything you need is here although there is no cooker which isn't a problem if your eating out or you can use the microwave. Really wish I'd booked longer. Absolutely loved my stay. 😊 Roberto messaged me clear instructions on how to find the studio which is tucked away in a very quiet location but literally a stones throw from the beach and the De La Warr pavilion. Check in and out was easy. Shopping is easy too with a Premier almost next door and an Iceland around the corner. I ate at the cafe Capri which does a great breakfast but there are plenty of cafés, restaurants and takeaways around.

I like the position close to shops and restaurants and the city center. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee, tea, and anything you need for a quick stay. Shampoo and shower gel were provided as some cleaning products. Roberto is very helpful and he goes above and beyond to help with directions but also to accommodate arrival and departure. Is very convenient for De La Warr Pavillion which is 5 min walk away. Marino's one of the best fish and chips in Bexhill is on the doorstep. There is a laundrette on the same road which is convenient if it's a long stay.

The bed/mattress was a bit soft and maybe a new mattress should be put in. However, the room is in a hallway and very silent no noises or any problems from the neighborhood.

It was raining when we were looking for the Mews and we started to despair about finding it. Roberto did send message an hour before we could enter giving most helpful directions and that message also contained the key box number. I would suggest that it would be more helpful if Roberto could send the location details perhaps early on day of arrival and then when the property is ready to be occupied send the key box number then.

Great location for a concert at nearby DeLaWarr Pavillion. Apartment had just been cleaned and was spotless. Tea and coffee helpfully provided, with a good sized fridge and a microwave. Plenty of free parking overnight and easy to find 2 hour free parking spots in the general area in the daytime. Quirky seaside town with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Took advantage of card giving 10% discount at local Italian restaurant. Huge array of vintage / charity shops.

Would have preferred slightly later check-out.

Quiet location close to the Pavilion, i beach, shops and restaurants. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. Roberto, the host, was very responsive to questions and concerns

Not a problem for me, but access with a vehicle is difficult if you want to off-load suit cases. Again not a problem for me, but this apartment was on an upper floor, accessed via stairs. The outlook is towards the back of the shops that are located on the main road. Pretty scruffy outlook But fine if you keep the blinds closed!!

Almost everything. Good value. A small studio apartment, very clean and well designed. Excellent bed and lovely linen and towels, good sized shower, and a fridge, microwave, kettle provided. Strong Wi-Fi. Lots of places to eat close by.

Doesn’t look great from the outside but once inside the room is excellent. No parking at the property, but there is free street parking just 5 minutes away. Electric shower was pretty good, but did have a tendency to suddenly go cold or boiling hot.

Firstly the service from Roberto was second to none. I arrived very late due to weather and motorway closures. Despite this Roberto was in constant contact until I arrived and supplied me with the combination for the key guard as it became too late to meet in person. The property was easy to find, just off the main road and a minutes walk from the concert I attended at the pavilion. The apartment was larger than I expected clean and well equipped.

Nothing not too like

The location was excellent-very convenient for the De La Warr Pavilion and the beach. We only stayed one night, but there were facilities for microwave cooking toasting which we would have made use of if staying longer.

There was a slight damp smell although no mould was visible. It could just be the age of the property. The heating was very efficient and it was cosy and warm.

I enjoyed the simplicity of staying with BexLet. The apartment was central to Bexhill-on-sea town centre and very close to the sea front. BexLet has also negotiated some handy discounts with local establishments, that we would definitely taken advantage of if our stay had been longer.

Parking was tricky but affordable. If you are lucky you can find a space on the main road closest to the apartment but more often than not, we ended up parking on the sea road just down from the De La Warr Pavilion. £1.60 gave us ample time to enjoy a lie in and collect the car at our leisure.

located in a quite area, 5 mins walk to the beach. really big kitchen/dining/lounge area, with a large double separate bedroom. plus a fair size toilet/shower room. A very satisfactory experience. Would definitely stay again if in the Bexhill area.

Finding the flat was not straightforward. Had to go through an arch way around the back of a row of houses. Once knew where to go not a problem. Cannot remember if directions within the confirmation email, but if not them renter requires to add concise directions.
