Rose Vean is a fantastic BnB. The bedroom was spotless and very inviting. Vicki set out several amenities for us, including a small bottle of milk. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast menu was wonderful and Vicki cooked everything to order. We met a nice couple at the other table. They were in a room next to ours but we never heard them. The outdoor seating area was surrounded by beautiful plantings. Following Google Maps, the home was easy to find. Out in the country, peaceful and quiet. Plenty of parking space. Vicki is a lovely host and makes a connection with each guest. We wished we could have stated longer than just one night

Rose Vean is a top notch B&B located just far enough into the peaceful country side to be able to relax and recoup after a busy day of sightseeing, yet close enough to reach the popular Cornwall sites in a short amount of time. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the breakfast outstanding. Vicki, the owner of this fabulous B&B, helped us when we were in a jam. While touring the area we ran over a screw which caused the tire on our rented car to become flat as a pancake. FYI - there are no spares or tire repair kits in rental cars in England. You are supposed to wait for help in getting flat tires fixed. We waited 6 hours for a tow truck, which arrived as the sun was going down, to pick us and the car up and deliver us to the Rose Vean. Apparently it was too late to bring the car to a service center. The next morning, trying to work through the rental car telephone system to get help with the flat tire was proving to be near impossible. Vicki took charge and arranged for us to drive to a nearby Falmouth Service Station to get the tire fixed. First we had to fill the tire with air. Her husband had a pump and within minutes the tire was inflated and we were on our way to the Service Station. A couple hours later we were on the road again and taking in the sites that we had missed the day before. Vicki's willingness to step in helped reduce our stress and resolved the problem quickly. That's A+ service, added onto the already excellent accommodations. Can't get much better than that!

We spent beautiful days at lovely Rose Vean B&B, Vicky is a very helpful and warm-hearted host, she prepared best breakfast ever and had good ideas for daily activities ! Very clean room with spacious bathroom, well equipped with fridge, comfortable beds, TV, separate entrance and a beautiful seating outside to enjoy the superb weather and silence we had. Good location to get to various attractions in all directions.

Everything was perfect, we loved it! It couldn't have been better.

The room was amazingly clean and comfortable. The whole property was really clean inside..The breakfast room was inviting and well set out. The shower was one of the best I've ever had. Breakfast was really tasty with locally sourced ingredients. We had a lovely fresh fruit salad. Cooked breakfast. Fresh eggs from thier own chickens. Home grown tomatoes also homemade jam and marmalade. We were made to feel very welcome and given lots of local information . I would definitely recommend and will be staying again.

Hosts incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathroom very spacious. Bath sheet great and room for two people to store all they need in the bathroom. Heater available or cooling fan. Wide choice of teas with coffee and chocolate also available in the room. Nice touch to have a fridge to keep fresh milk in for your own use. Fantastic shower spacious hot and powerful. Loved everythig about the room and B & B.

We probably never had a better breakfast in an b&b or hotel ever. The room was not too big but adequate for a 3 day visit, the bathroom had a perfect shower. The location was ideally located to visit the several interesting locations in Cornwall. We had a very very pleasant stay, enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended and can only recommend this b&b to future Cornwall-visitors. Thank you very much, Vicki, for having us.

We never stayed in a Bed and Breakfast house. We were sceptical at the beginning as we didn't know what is expecting us or how we would be treated until we met Vicki, the friendliest host ever and the most hardworking I had ever seen. The room, the bathroom, the dining room and the entire house are spottles. The breakfast is delicious, fresh eggs direct from Vicki's hens. Fresh tomatoes from her beautiful garden and homemade jams/ marmalade. Vicki's garden is gorgeous and very well looked after, which made us feel very welcome. During our stay at Rose Vean B&B, we felt very comfortable and welcomed, and we had a great time. Thank you very much for that, Vicki and Matt.

It was impossible to find something not to like. Everything was just 👌 perfect.

Exceptionally clean, accommodation had everything we needed and more and was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast, great location and Vikky the host was a real delight, nothing too much trouble for her. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again. If only all the accommodation we have stayed in was to this high standard, top marks for everything.

on arrival we were greeted by Vicki and shown to our room which had been cleaned to a very high standard as was the rest of the property, there was a wide variety of choices for breakfast, which i may say was fantastic with the home made jam's and marmalade and of course the freshly laid eggs were a bonus. the B/B is ideally situated for some of cornwalls lovely beaches and attractions, this was a gem of a find for us, absolutely fantastic place to stay.

Absolutely first class in all areas. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and a wonderful shower. A lovely sitting area outside. Vicky was the perfect hostess. Extremely friendly and nothing too much trouble, she made our stay perfect in every way. The breakfast was delicious, her fruit salad had 10 different fruits in and the cooked breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented. We cannot recommend this B&B enough, it was ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Many thanks for our lovely stay with you. Angie & Jean
