Room had air conditioning, ironing board other usual stuff. Location was spot on, plenty of history in Camborne. I was reading a very interesting book about the Deaf community in Camborne. Church and war memorial next door to. Own train station, good bus links. £5 adult on any bus for the day in Cornwall or £20 for the week.. Wow! Good shopping, loads of charity shops always good for a browse.Plenty of good pub's to explore to within easy walking distance,we did them all. Had plenty of meals and ale in the Spoons too. Loads of restaurants and takeaway places. Just needed a cinema then would of been perfect 🙂

Very good quality tv's. A lot of good quality towels. A lovely welcome pack. An all round excellent service, and we would happily stay again.

On the first night, l was woken up at 5am, with loud music for 30 seconds, when tbat went off, it was either very loud talking on a radio, or 2 men talking extremely loudly, which seemed to be coming from the reception desk, which was basically just outside our front door. After an hour, it woke my partner up, who asked me what the noise was, and where it was coming from. As there were no other rooms near us, it had to be coming from the reception desk. I shouted out, 'l was woken up at 5am with loud music, and l have had to listen to very loud talking and shouting for the past hour, what the hell is going on?" It then went very quiet, and we had no further problems.

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Room was large and bed very comfortable, (both mattress and pillows.) Hot water was instant, even early in the morning! Inside the hotel was not noisy in the least. Breakfast was beautifully set out, delicious and at the same time, very reasonably priced with as much coffee as I wanted.

Room was a little on the cold side due to the window fastened in the open position. Could have done with less opening or the ability to shut it. Open window allowed in traffic noise and there seemed to be one very noisy car driving round and round town but this did not spoil my stay.

I was staying overnight in Camborne after a works night out. The location is perfect as we were enjoying a couple of drinks in the bar attached to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and always said hello as I was passing through. The security of the hotel is incredible. To check-in I had to press the buzzer on the outside door to be let in. My room key accessed other doors, so I felt very safe here. Knowing that someone from the bar couldn't stroll in really impressed me. I'll definitely stay here again the next time we have a night out. You can't beat a Wetherspoons breakfast.

Nothing to be honest. I really can't complain about anything.

Loved the room., large and comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful, especially the lady on reception.

We went into dinner and the menu was depleted by 75 per cent. Apparently they had been let down by suppliers. I asked if we could still get breakfast in the morning and they said breakfast was okay and being served upto 12.00. We went to breakfast at 10.00 only to be told breakfast was now not available as they had run out. Never before have i stayed somewhere where they have totally run out of food. We picked weatherspoons for the full menu they normally provide. I hope someone at headquarters weatherspoons gets to read this. It was not acceptable 😒

Size of the room and bed great fantastic ensuite and shower quit on top floor Room could do with a mini fridge in the summer and a bit more care taken over dusting eg label side lamps and shades bit overall fantastic say our 2nd stay in a wetherspoons hotel 🙂

To be fair not much but I have stated above a roo. Fridge would be a great addition, you supply complentrey water but it goes warm through the night parking is a bit of a issue it's a fair walk from long stay car park but did manage to park in local residential area 3 nightsfantastic

Location, size of family room - room 306 (huge room, quiet floor and lovely views), cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff. Parking - one thing that I thought would be a negative actually turned out fine - on arrival the reception staff wrote down the road for the paid parking as well as the roads towards the back of the hotel with free parking. it was never an issue and I always found free parking 2-3 minutes walk away from the hotel.

it’s really convenient to have the Wetherspoon’s pub downstairs, my only comment would be that the tables could be cleaned more regularly and in the evening it can be a bit loud and lively if you have younger children, but obviously that comes with the territory of a busy local pub.

Very helpful and friendly staff, rooms are very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Great selection of real ales!

Parking is limited – you can park in residential streets near the JFBW, and information is given on this, which is OK. But, it's a shame that there is not an arrangement with ALDI (opposite), where visitors could use their car park. Noise late Friday and Saturday night, our room was at the front... so it was a bit noisy as fuelled up customers left the building 😀

The staff were wonderful and so friendly, we had booked last minute to break the journey from Penzance to the lakes and we were fortunate enough to come across a last min booking, gutted we didn't arrive early enough for an evening meal as I have no doubt it would have been superb. We did get to enjoy an evening drink and a lovely breakfast the next day. The whole place was beautifully decorated and our room was cozy and inviting, we now need an excuse to come back and visit again.

The room was comfortable and clean when we arrived. (Just one thing, the bed linen didn't smell fresh..) The staff were friendly. Liked the property location as it were close to all places we’ve visited. We liked that on the first floor there is a Pub where we could have breakfast and dinner without wasting time looking for other places to eat. The food and service was 10/10.

There is no parking at the hotel, but we easily found parking on the street
