Oakwood Bed and Breakfast Heathrow

The B&B was not only adorable, it was also located in an area where you could easily walk to a pub, Indian restaurant, gas station—an amalgam of other facilities to treat your needs. Inside was beautifully decorated with humble and comforting artwork/furniture that really made the place feel like a second home. But the true delight was the staff. My group and I had an overnight stay in Heathrow and would be landing late into the night. The staff not only worked with us to ensure we could still access our rooms, they moved mountains for us—inconvenienced themselves, honestly—so we could have breakfast before departing the property, AND arranging a taxi for our arrival and departure. The place was relaxing and beautiful, the location was fantastic, and the staff was the best I’ve ever experienced (sweet, helpful, & accommodating)! I most definitely recommend this property for long or short stays, because I will absolutely be returning in the future!! ^_^

Room - was small and okay for one night but wouldn't stay for more than one night. The bathroom tiles and facility is outdated. There was no lift so difficult to get luggage up the stairs. Breakfast- was the best we had during our eight days in England. Bed was comfortable, but there is a restaurant next door and the guests on their outdoor patio made noise and had loud music until 1am. They did quiet eventually . Location is great, very close to Heathrow airport

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The room was a decent size for a single with a Queen sized bed and spacious bathroom. Its not posh but its clean and well equipped, there were nice little touches, I was left a proper bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the shower for example. There was a small fridge in the room which I wasnt expecting, plus free secure parking. Your breakfast gets cooked for you from scratch in the morning which is very nice.

The only thing that was a bit of a downside was the traffic noise. This is out of the control of the property owners but my room was facing the road and I found the traffic a bit noisy. It didnt stop me sleeping though and I would stay there again.

I was unexpectedly upgraded to a bigger room with a larger bed. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was large so there was plenty of space. Lots of power points. Fridge in room. Large bathroom with very good shower. Family run. Plenty of parking - at front of property and secure parking at rear of property. Very good location. Lots of information about surrounding area - places to eat, things to do etc.

Fantastic value for money. Very welcoming and friendly, bathroom cleaned and towels replaced everyday (which is remarkable for the price) and the breakfast is very decent. Great location too whether you drive, you need access to the airport or you want to get to central London via the Elizabeth line (30 mins ro Oxford Street)...

Not much to complain about... The rooms are a little dark with few windows but not meant for you to spend the day in your room.

We arrived very late at night and once we received the instructions about how to get in it was all very clear. The cosy, warm room was very much appreciated in the cold weather. Breakfast was excellent and staff welcoming.

The bed duvet was not wide enough to cover us. We repeatedly asked for the code by email to get in after 10pm and had no reply. We had to contact Booking.com to fix this the day before our arrival and this was quite stressful for us.

Pleasant host who was able to provide us with information about several nearby restaurants. We ate at the Greek restaurant next door which had a lovely area to eat out back. Although the B&B room was right on the main street, it was quite quiet. A great, home-cooked breakfast was provided. We caught a local bus almost right out the door to Heathrow airport which was very convenient and inexpensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at Oakwood! Traditionally beautiful and a nostalgic London vibe, about the place. Tom was a brilliant and helpful host and just embodies London hospitality and charm. There's plenty of shops and restaurants near by at decent prices too. Nice peaceful sleep in room and 30 secs away from bus stop. Highly recommended!

The rooms were beautiful, there were nice beams on the ceiling and the windows created a nice draft. The owner Tom is phenomenal, made us feel right at home and went out of his way multiple times to help us. Also the location is less than a 10 minute walk to the train station, and the stop is the last in the inner zones of London where you don’t have to pay a higher fare to commute to and from the property. We ended up extending our stay because we weren’t ready to leave!! Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

Friendly staff, good value price, clean rooms and delicious breakfast, which they cook fresh from scratch for you. There is also secure parking available. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower was good.

There were some initial communication issues as I tried to use messages via the booking.com platform to communicate directly with the property, but as it turns out they cannot always see the messages! They are very responsive and helpful on the phone :0)
