In the room 14 there was a green light on the ceiling which kept us awake it was to bright and annoying

Nice comfortable stay close to the airport and managers go out of their way to help out. Nice bar and restaurant as well. Breakfast had a few options and was plenty, nice and fresh. You can help yourself to cereal, apples, yogurt, milk and various drinks at the "buffet" and get a choice of 3 cooked traditional British breakfasts, including one veggie option, basically variations of bacon, eggs, sausages, toast, beans, potatoes and vegetables. I liked being able to run along the canal forever, though I only checked the first 20 miles. Overall I recommend, good value and I'd come again.

Some might miss a few more options at the breakfast, for me bananas would have been nice. Don't ever dare to look under the bed, really! A bit smaller than I expected from the photos, about 100sqft maybe, but fine for me as solo traveler, maybe couple rooms are bigger. Considering how close this is to the airport, it was more complicated to get there than expected, maybe temporarily only since the train station appeared closed

The location is great for slough and Windsor and surrounding areas staff are amazing costa always welcoming lovely breakfast and nice bar with amazing staff

The room we had was a twin superior not much room to move around had to put suitcase in bathroom which was tight lots of toe stubbing and banging ourselves from TV on the wall for the price we paid I dint think it was worth it if we stay again we would go for the double room again which had a bit more space but prices have hiked like everything else

Great location to Pinewood Studio’s for work. Plenty of parking. Very friendly staff. Nice interior, clean and comfortable bar/restaurant area, lots of comfy chairs and seating areas. Nice big shower in the room and a little patio area with our room. Patio doors were very helpful on a warm muggy nighttime. Super helpful, very lovely and friendly staff. Comfy bed too.

Limited choices and food options on the menu. Small room, limited space around the beds, a bit awkward when sharing with a colleague. More fruit at breakfast and fruit varieties would be great. Lamps on the bedside tables should be smaller so there’s more room for bits n bobs by the bed, book, phone, etc

I liked it very much. It is super well decorated, the surroundings are quite beautiful, and pretty near to Heathrow airport (15mins driving). The staff was great, they helped us a lot, and treated us so well, also the guys at the bar. Rooms are but small but very comfy and with nice wood balcony. Breakfast was very good, and the people attending the breakfast shift were really nice too.

We were there because we had to stop a night and was the closest place to the airport, but I would not recommend it if you are more interested in the city center, because it is quite far from there (like an hour and half or so). But this is just a personal perception.

The chalet was really sweet and the decor was lovely. The addition of a wet room was great and the little sensor lights were great for nightime bathroom trips. The bed was super comfortable and thought was put in with a powerful fan being in the room and switched on awaiting our arrival on a very hot day. We ate dinner and breakfast in the pub which was cooked well and plenty to choose from on the menu, lamb shank was lovely. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, we would definitely stay there again, thanks guys

Only a minor thing with the sliding bathroom door, it left a big crack open when closed so privacy wasn't at it's best,

The breakfast the room had a balcony, it was spotless and the shower was really nice. The morning staff were really nice they helped so much to clear up a misunderstanding.

When checking in I mentioned to the lady at the bar stating that I had spoken to someone at the pub to have a later check out for our room and she became very adamant that we have to leave at out check out although this was not what was agreed prior to checking in. But it was rectified in the morning so it didn't affect our stay that much. I just hoped whe would have checked the info with someone before making us worry on the night of check-in.

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned however our stay was good. The room was nicely decorated comfortable and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very accommodating and pleasant. Would definitely book again.

The rooms are small which didn’t bother us as we only packed small bags but suitcase storage would have been a problem.

Dinner menu small could not accommodate request for omelette homwever server suggested children's menu as had scrambled eggs which were rubbery and mash like powdered type. Niece had ribs and requested salad and chips excessive chips small salad, she enjoyed ribs. If I was nit so tired would have gone elsewhere for food. Breakfast server very friendly, bacon lovely, poached eggs over cooked, scrambled eggs not quite as rubbery as night before, coffee lovely, juice and yoghurt available, plenty of toast

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay during my sister's wedding week. I was greeted at the reception by a lovely staff member who took us to our room and showed us around. We quickly settled in and were in bed within the next half hour. The room was a good size, especially for what I paid - around £65 I think, and it was very last minute, just days before my arrival. I did see pictures online of budget rooms and was reluctant when I arrived at the location, but I was very happy when shown to my room that it was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. My little brother and I were watching a movie but unfortunately something happened to the tv. I called someone and it was fixed within minutes! The breakfast the next day was great too, and included in the price I paid. We both enjoyed a full English before getting ready for the day and it was just what we needed for the long wedding day ahead!

The size of the room should have been slightly bigger. When walking around the bed towards the window, the space between the bed and the wall is a little tight. Other than that, there isn't anything I could pick faults with.
