Welcoming ambience, friendly staff, room facilities, spa facilities, car park.

No issues at all. Had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent and really friendly staff, Had dinner on the first night and was served at our table by a smashing gentleman called Chaz who looked after us and gave us some knowledge of the local area along with the bar manager these are both a credit to the hotel . \he hotel is comfortable and has a relaxed feel to it. We used the pool on 2 occasions which we booked a time slot for and had a great time with the kids. Overall I would always look to book this hotel in the future when i am in the area for a stay.

Very clean and facilities looked well maintained and up to date. Good gym and spa. Breakfast was very nice with options for everyone. Staff were very nice from the reception staff to the cleaning team. No bad to bring the family for a mini break to recharge the batteries. Very good value too. Went out for dinner in the evenings but restaurant looked well booked. My teenage daughter wanted something else but I would have happily had dinner at there.

Not much around the hotel, can feel a bit isolated but we went for the spa facilities and some R&R so met our needs just fine. We popped into Leicester city centre for the day which is only 30-40mins drive away.

Hotel very clean,staff on reception were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Room lovely size and spotless. Chaz in Triumph bar went above and beyond with service. He chatted with myself and my mum regarding our trip. Breakfast was well worth the money, mention also to the restaurant manager on breakfast who againwent out of his way to source de-caffinated coffee for my mum for her breakfast. Food hot and plentiful. Gym and changing rooms spotless and goid selection of equipment.Second stay here and will definitely be back.

Food in Triumph bar was disappointing, lukewarm and a bit tasteless for money.

Nice enough hotel, although upon arrival the rubbish all around the parking lot did not make great impression. Good facilities including the swimming pool, which kids loved! Breakfast was a nice buffet, very busy around 8:30am so the staff seemed to have been struggling with refilling most items that were running out very quickly. Very close to Hinckley, very convenient with shops etc.

Rubbish all around parking lot Swimming pool needs to introduce some rules regarding long hair being tied up, or compulsory swim hats . The amount of nasty hair bunches in the water was unreal.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms, lovely atrium area, nice leisure centre.

Pool very loud and busy despite booking a slot ahead of the visit as requested. Ate in the Triumph bar, it was ok- not as good as on our first visit a few months ago where it felt much more professional and of a higher quality - this time felt it wasn’t really worth the quite high prices.- eg Ordered spaghetti & meatballs which was advertised as being served with garlic pizzeta- when I asked where the pizzieta was, I was told ‘oh yes, we don’t have that in’- nobody told us when ordering / apologised/offered a reduced price. Seems minor but when already paying about £15 for a bowl of pasta, it puts you off visiting again.

Was there 2 weeks ago, stay was okay, comfy beds and very quiet, lovely atmosphere.

I had to wait until one of the receptionist at the front finished her girly conversation with people who were not about to be checked in before she asked how can I help. Put me off this hotel completely after being there 2 weeks ago then had the audacity to say she thought I was with 2 other people which obviously I was not because I came after them and was waiting to be seen even got her colleague started looking at her like girl you know you lying. I've spent my money to stay at your hotel and that's the first thing I could experience having to wait until you finish with your chat. I'd rather go somewhere else, first impression is very important. If the young lady reads this then she would definitely know I'm talking about her, wished I'd got her name.

Although the hotel is really big, its layout meant that it was really peaceful at night. We had a room upgrade and got a really large nice room, with double comfortable beds, The breakfast was really good. The check-in was quick, and there was a self checkout box, so there was no delay at that point, either.

Dinner service at the bar restaurant was super slow, albeit we had been warned about a long wait before ordering. The place did not look busy, and there were lots of waiting staff who were more concerned with chatting to each other than paying attention to customers. It is possible it was a lack of kitchen staff that caused delays. The food itself was not nice at all. Marco Pierre White steakhouse at the hotel was closed on that evening, so there was no choice without driving elsewhere.

The breakfast, dinner , room service was excellent. Very clean, well presented and very enjoyable. the only down fall was we had just and chose to eat in the room. In communication with room service they stated we had to go back dow to reception to log in our card to be able to book the meal to our room which seems strange when the reception should have our details, this also delayed the food being delivered.

This is a lovely hotel. Beautifully presented & very clean. The staff were very friendly nothing was too much trouble The room was superb, so much couldn't fault it. Never visited the Spa on this occasion but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by im sure its superb. Breakfast was really nice & loads choice & the restaurant was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here & will deffinately stay here again & would recommend it to others.

Nothing, the whole stay was faultless. I've stayed in a lot of hotels & can usually find something to say but not here, well done to this hotel.
