Jasmine House

Easy to find, parking on the opposite road, lovely welcome from Monica. The whole decor of the house is lovely. The rooms are great, spacious, very clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money with host that couldn't do enough for us. Even helped my mother and aunt carry bags out to the car. What a star! Had everything in the room you need and breakfast was great. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby with some gorgeous countryside. Will definitely return when visiting family nearby again. A brilliant stay. :)

The only downside is the main road noise but it doesn't bother me at all. They have rooms at the back of the house if preferable

Jasmine House was clean and comfortable. I booked 5 rooms for my birthday celebrations at Kilworth house theatre. It is in a great location. We liked Lutterworth. Monica is very friendly and also very helpful, she helped carry our cases from the other side of the busy road. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the communal spaces. In our opinion Jasmine house is more like an Airbnb, with the option to have breakfast. We chose to cater for ourselves. We would definitely stay again. Everyone in our party thought that Jasmine house was a 'special find' We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the kindness from Monica.

The smoke alarm went off twice on the same night but after that we were able to sleep soundly. It just disturbed our first night at Jasmine house. Most of the rooms are tastefully decorated but our room had playboy posters on the sloping ceiling which I felt was not in keeping with the other furnishings. This did not stop us from enjoying the accommodation. We were disappointed that we were not able to use the hot tub. It would have been the 'icing on the cake' so to speak. Maybe putting a timer on it would prevent late night parties?

Great little bed and breakfast in the middle of Lutterworth. In summer it will be nice with a grassed area at the rear of the property. Good host Monica room was very clean and comfortable.

There is no car parking other than off road parking which when we arrived was easy to park but when we came back late we had to park a ten minute walk away on a housing estate.

Lovely host - exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly and accommodating with my dog too. Super room - clean, comfortable, with great shower.

I was disappointed that there wasn't parking on site. It was stated on the description that there was and I has selected this as a filter. Instead, it was across the road, at the side of the road.

Monika, the manager was a delightful lady, providing excellent breakfasts, help with a "lazy" TV and also chatted with a welcome and help re car parking. Our room was at the back and so we could not hear the traffic on the major road at the front

Only one seat in the bedroom, but this is understandable with the size of the room. Could you downsize the bed to enable another to be there?

The size of the room and facilities, that accomodated me, my partner and our dog, was exceptional. The host was kind, considerate, helped me to my room and left us to it. I cannot believe that the rate is so low. It is unbelievable value for the environment.

Check in, staff, room. Location. Perfect for a great Indian restaurant and a good pub and also very quiet - no traffic noise in our room

There is no parking so you have to park on a busy road, unload your car then park up which can be a short walk away.

I chose Jasmine house because of the location and the garden. It was wonderful to sit in the garden and relax after a long drive. I found the room excellent. It was clean, very comfortable, and well-stocked with necessities. The on-suite was amazing.

Jasmine House is a lovely place to stay with very friendly host. We didn't have breakfast just room only but it more than met our needs.

The only downside is it is on the High Street and busy road with no parking at the property but there is free on street parking across the road and a 24hr pay car park a short walk away.
