The location is right in the center of town, which is very convenient. The courtyard is beautiful to walk into, and the room was cozy and inviting. The staff were friendly, and it was perfect for us and our kids. We enjoyed the many breakfast options, and love how the dining room has windows into the courtyard. We stayed in hotels, B&Bs, and an Airbnb on our road trip around the UK, and our 7 and 9 year old kids remember this one as the "luxury" hotel. Even if it's technically not, it had everything we needed!

The grout in the bottom edge of the bathtub could use replacing, otherwise fine.

I came with family to Lutterworth for a family wedding. We had a wonderful time. The Greyhound Inn is where many of the family and friends stayed. It was so handy, in the middle of town and opposite the town hall where the wedding ceremony and party were held. The staff at the Greyhound were friendly and really helpful. The rooms were clean and bright, good showers , comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing! Nice bar and courtyard area. The parking is just behind the courtyard. The building itself is beautiful, very old, I think Georgian. Had a great stay.

As it was the first of June, the central heating was off and my room was a bit chilly, as the weather was unusually cold. I asked staff and was given a fan heater to take off the chill . But the problem was solved immediately so not really a problem.

Lovely, unique and cosy coaching inn. The courtyard was beautiful (I have been informed that in summer it is even more impressive), the inside was classically styled and specific to the history of the property, which made it very interesting! The room that I stayed in with a friend was clean and perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good standard. Breakfast was fantastic, a good array of options and delicious. The staff that I interacted with were warm, friendly and welcoming. I'm only sorry I didn't enquire to their names to thank them. I hope that if I need accommodation in this location again that I can stay at this coaching inn.

The look and feel of the hotel, our room was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, and we really liked it. Breakfast was very good; you can order a hot meal or select from the breakfast bar. We also had dinner at the restaurant, and the food was very good.

The only "negative" thing I have to say is that I would have loved it if the restaurant's interior had reflected the rest of the hotel better. It felt a bit bland compared to our room, bar, reception, and that amazing courtyard garden. But the food was super good.

I had a very comfortable stay, the staff were exceptional and a credit to the Greyhound. The bed was crisp and clean and the bed and linen were of high quality, the building is 17th Century and has bags of character, Large old ship beams in the Bedroom and bathroom, the facilities are a little dated but very clean. The food wasn't fine dining but better than you would get in any Holiday Inn etc ... really liked the prawns in filo pasty with sweet chilli sauce :)

Bathroom was a reasonable size with nice thick soft towels, However I found the layout a little awkward with the shower entry being close to the toilet ... I'm 16 stone and a little larger than I would like, so maybe perfectly acceptable for a lesser sized person

The room was pleasant with a large king size bed and high apex ceiling - great in the extreme heat over the weekend! Good shower over the bath. Delightful courtyard to sit out and have a drink or meal. Exceptional help and attention from staff member.

Didn't find anything to complain about. Understood that food wasn't available on Sunday night due to lack of demand, but were well looked after with cutlery, plates, glasses etc to enjoy our 'picnic' in the courtyard.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel is an old coaching inn that has been modernised but still maintains some of the beautiful character of the original building. The hotel was clean and very efficiently run. The four poster bed had a very comfortable mattress. The room was lovely and warm and there was plenty of hot water. We came for the Fawlty Towers comedy night which was very funny and entertaining. The meal was very nice and was served warm and with good speed but left plenty of time between courses. The breakfast was to a high standard also and there was a wide range of choice on the menu.

The shower control knob was very sensitive so we had to settle for slightly hot water or a bit too cold. I have nothing else to comment on.

Lovely building nice staff. The bar is very nice as to is the restaurant. We chose the four poster bedroom for £130 however I would chose to save £30 next time and go for a standard room.

Poor quality windows need replacing. I cut my hand trying to close them. Breakfast was very small one bacon one thin sausage half a tomato and beans. We could have had mushrooms but don't like them and would have thought you would get something in replacement. There was plenty of fruit yogurt and coffee to fill up on. Only one small bottle of water in the room for two people and one pack of two biscuits. For a room fee of £130 this is poor Compared to the two swans market Harborough A considerably better hotel and facilities all for £80 for a four poster bedroom on the same night of the week.

The room was clean and well equipped and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and well cooked. The outside courtyard was a gardener's dream - so very pretty and inviting. Well done to all concerned.

Four poster bed looked the part. The mattress felt like it could do with changing sometime soon. Likewise, the sofa looked very much in keeping with the style of the room but when you sat on it the upholstery sank down to the extent that you could feel the wooden frame on the back of your legs! All of that said, it was quirky but not particularly unpleasant and it wouldn't prevent us from going again in the future.

The Inn has a good atmosphere and all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. Their communication prior to the visit was exemplary and they contacted me twice about matters which might affect my stay. It was also nice to find that breakfast was included. They offered a good continental and a good cooked menu and the full English was just the right size and tasted lovely. The room was spacious with a great sized bathroom and bed comfy and immaculate bedding. It still retained some old world charm with individual eclectic mix of furniture. The restaurant area is slightly dated and doesn’t reflect the age of the building, which is a shame. However, The courtyard garden was so pretty and obviously a great deal of love and attention is invested. Would stay again and recommend.
