From the moment we were welcomed, our stay was a delight. The room was large, clean and very comfortable with tea, coffee and biscuits provided, as well as a fridge. The bathroom was well equipped, including nice toiletries, and was very clean. The room was light and airy and other than the dustmen arriving early in the morning to empty the bins, it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. A fabulous stay. We'll be going there again!

Nothing. Everything was spot on and the position was perfect for us, being within walking distance of the centre of town.

We booked ia room at Springfields Hotel as we were in Horsham for one night as we had a friend's 50th birthday party to attend. Everything was amazing from start to finish from the time we arrived and quickly checked in and we were off to the party. The room suite was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean with all that you would need. We had parking there which was important to us as we drove there from London. . Jenny greeted us and was extremely friendly and warm and gave us local knowledge. The cooked breakfast was first class and cooked freshly by Jenny and there were yoghurts, cereals and fruit. A really good spread of whatever you could wish for. Again Jenny couldn't do enough for us and wished us a pleasant journey. She felt like a friend and not just someone working in a hotel.

There was nothing we didn't like. We had all that we needed.

Great location - 5min walk to town and a great pub (Malt Shovel) next door. I didn't try breakfast as I'm not a breakfast person but it looked good from what I saw. Room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Free car park a bonus (it's only a small car park with a narrow entrance so a large 4x4 / SUV may struggle). Very friendly lady (owner I think) on reception. Good to have menus etc. in the room from nearby places as they don't do evening meals at the guest house. All in all a very nice stay and would happily recommend.

Only complaint from me would be the pillows as they are, I think, feather and very very soft - far too soft for me as I like a firm pillow. Hopefully hey have other choices of pillow available.

Frankly, we were amazed at the quality of the place. Everything seemed very fresh and fairly new. The breakfast was amazing: after buffet selection of cereals etc, breakfast was cooked according to our particular requests. Delicious! The location was also good: very quiet, yet not far from main roads and centre of Horsham.

For some reason, we couldn't make the wifi connection work, however hard I tried. Maybe something I was doing wrong? Didn't pursue the matter as we were only there for less than 24 hours.

One of the very best English Breakfasts I have had. Parking facilities. Very spacious and clean room with good TV, fridge and Tea Tray with kettle. Very pleasant staff

Bed was not that comfortable and seemed to be short as my feet hung over the end of the bed. Shower floor was quite slippery and the soap tray was broken. The shelf above the hand basin interferes with you washing your face prior to shaving, as it overhangs the sink and you hit your forehead on it when trying to splash water on your face.

The staff were extremely helpful and were able to address our concerns quickly and effectively! Both my mum and I are disabled but mum struggled in the shower due to having issues with walking and her balance. They provided extra towels to lay on the floor so solving the problem. Breakfast was fab, lots of different things to choose from. All the food was fresh and cooked to order. Situated in the centre of Horsham so we could manage the short walk to eat out etc. Most definitely will be returning!

it's been a long time since I've stayed in a B&B, and I was really surprised to see how immaculate the property was. Far exceeded my expectations. The room we stayed in was huge, far bigger than ones we've normally stayed in. The host was really lovely, very approachable and friendly. The breakfast was super, very filling and made with proper food! Couldn't have asked for me. If I am back in the area again, I will make a beeline for this hotel. Thank you for looking after us!

It was an easy 15 minute walk from the train station and our room, on the top floor, was spacious and clean. The bed was huge, there were mugs and a kettle and fresh packets of biscuits and tea and coffee packs that were replaced each day. The Wi-Fi was excellent, as was the choice of channels on the large TV and the bathroom had a bath and overhead shower, along with lovely toiletries. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and kept us going during the day.

Everything about the hotel suited us down to the ground and we would definitely stay again.

Only there for a couple of days but staff from check-in to leaving could not have been more courteous or helpful. On arrival I was offered a room on the lower floor as one was available, I'm not disabled but am an older guest. I thought that a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast waitress could not have been more accommodating to any request. On my last morning I was not hungry so did not go down to breakfast, I got a call from reception to check all was well & did I still want breakfast, even though it was about 5 mins from end of normal breakfast hours. All told I feel this hostelry runs on a caring for their customers policy & would highly recommend it.
