Room Clean adequate for my needs the walkways that lead straight to the terminal fantastic ✌️

Would have liked the option of a cooked breakfast

Reception were quick and very helpful. Room was warm and beds very comfy. Bathroom was clean and well provided. Shower was WONDERFUL. Good breakfast, very good mixture available and tables quickly cleared and cleaned.

Prices were high, and we had to eat late due to late flight times. Not much choice on the menu and food was just left at bar. We had to wait to collect it as people were ordering drinks so when the barman had finished serving them and could let us take our food, it was cold.

Convenient location. Clean if a bit bland decorations. In todays international world it would have been nice to find a USB phone plug to charge my phone. However the helpful young man at reception told me to plug it into the tv . It worked.

No USB phone charging plug. Meagre tv programmes. No water bottle or biscuits with tea station. Breakfast choice not overwhelming. A bit poor for the price I paid for one overnight.

The best part of the hotel is the location, connected to North Terminal departure. Checked in after a long 9 hour flight. Check in was quick and smooth. Room was spotless, and very comfortable. Good selection of food for dinner, we had the bbq wings and a margerita pizza. My boys wolfed it down. Our room came with breakfast the next day. Huge variety of warm and cold breakfast. The winner was the fresh waffles that you could make yourself.

Some of the staff seemed a little different iykyk but that didnt bother us too much.

Amazingly close to the check in desks! Hop, skip and a jump! All under cover.

The 'restaurant' looks like a basic canteen. Overnight stay a little overpriced.

The breakfast was phenomenal - lots of choices! Dinner options were decent. Would have liked a few more options. Wait staff were over the top wonderful!! Loved the fact that a train was accessible to go to Victoria Station in London!

We came in from NCL cruise ship in South Hampton and came by a hired service which got us to your property at about noon. It would have been nice to be able to store our luggage on your property until check in time so we could have gone out and about exploring more of the UK! Instead we lugged it back to the terminal and had lunch at the pub in the airport terminal. Then we came back and had to sit in your lobby until the rooms were ready.

The room was clean and comfortable. They bought extra pillows up on request. Access to the North terminal is good, although the entry is a bit hidden. The breakfast is a bit minimal in choice but sufficient for most. Waffles were nice. Check out is very easy and fast.

Based on our stay only. The queue for drinks at the bar was very long so we didn't bother. There was no fruit at the breakfast buffet, bit disappointing for some. The lift was confusing as they use G for the ground floor and also 0. The specials menu was at the lift but not where you order food, bit hard for some of us with poor memory.

Hampton by Hilton is ideally situated for accessing Gatwick's North Terminal, connected to the airport at level 1 by a short tunnel, avoiding the costly shuttle bus doing the tour of more distant airport hotels. We chose to stay there to catch a 6.30am flight - leaving from our home would have meant a pre-3am start. The continental breakfast choice looked quite good but being used to breakfast four hours later it was impossible to take full advantage of the spread. The room was clean and the wifi worked well

Though clean and tidy, the room was nothing special. The TV was huge but I'm not someond who watches much TV and I'd rather the room had contained a fridge for items we were carrying on the plane the following day. The shower, in a well-proportioned room, lacked water pressure. The main problem with the room was that we could hear airport sounds outside throughout the night because the glazing was insufficient to cut out the noise. We met very few members of staff but those we did speak to were helpful and pleasant. It would have been nice to see more staff when we checked in to increase hotel efficiency

Really, really loved the hotel. We stayed just one night because we had an early morning flight and I didn't want to drive to the airport early. I thought it would be better t spend the night somewhere close to the airport. I didn't realise the hotel was basically part of the terminal. All we had to do in the morning was walk a min into the terminal and up the stairs to get to departures. The room itself was very nice - the way it was laid out, the facilities (mirror, bath, ironing board, etc). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. If I had an early morning flight again, I'm definitely staying here again.

My only aggro with the stay was the mattress on the bed - too soft for my liking, although I guess some people may like it like that. Because we were only staying 1 night, I didn't make a fuss

We were warmly welcomed, our room was clean and ready for us. The bathroom and shower were great….there was no anti slip mat for the shower, so we had one sent up. Nice shampoo and body lotion. No wash cloths, but maybe they are old fashioned now. We had forgotten that breakfast was part of the package…..good selection, lots of everything, great coffee…..clean and comfy eating area…..great start to a long, busy day.

The bed was too close to a wall, making getting in and out awkward. We ate soon after arriving, sadly food and drinks were over priced and it was probably the worst meal we had in our 3 week stay in England.
