Clean rooms Good selection of biscuits in room I left birthday cards in room & a call was made to my mobile to inform me of this. Friendly honest staff couldn't do enough for us x

Confirmed booking over phone booked 1 room for 2 adults plus 14yr old child. Was told we could sleep 3 in 1 room. On arrival was told this was not allowed. It had been written on notes & was told it was an error on your part. Had to purchase another room. Was given 50% discount, but on reflection, I don't think I should have had to make extra payment! Particularly as we had travelled from Yorkshire. It turned into a very expensive weekend for us!

Comfort of bed and cleanliness. Helpfulness of Sophie, the receptionist. Central location. Great for getting to London and Bletchley park. Lovely for a walk round the town. Love having Wetherspoons downstairs with their menu choices that you don't pay the earth for. Love the vibe of downstairs (but wasn't there on a Friday or Saturday !)

The settee wasn't very comfortable. Please put a couple of extra hooks in the bathroom. @ people, 2 wash bags, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and only one small hook on the back of the bathroom door and a small towel rail - not big enough for 2 damp bath towels

Good value for money and the room was nice and bed was very comfortable. main part of room was clean and bathroom appeared clean although the toilet had no lid so it is hard to really say how clean it would really be food was good and the price of the food was really reasonable. staff were polite and friendly and were very helpful we enjoyed our stay with family and friends

1 key card per room when two people staying when all doors are locked leading to rooms you should give each adult a key card as it would make it easier to get around. Our room (303) had no lid on the toilet seat. I think this is really unhygienic. I would encourage this to be fixed. If all rooms are like this then I would really consider you change this as its not very sanitary.

Location was good for our needs. Very good Saturday market outside The Swan.

The pop up waste in the hand basin in room 206 didn’t go up and down. As a result of this we ended up a full basin of water for 24 hours. Tried to report on numerous occasions to reception by telephone and verbally with no success. Your Company should check local events on certain days. On Saturday Luton Town were in the playoffs at Wembley. The Bar was crowded with local supporters. Trying to get served for coffee and breakfast was long and tedious. Extra staff were needed on the day.

Convenient location for visiting family, parking, clean room with tea and coffee

Not a very well-organised check-in. One person was trying to get through a hoard of people who arrived all at the same time and were all queuing down the stairs (Reception on the first floor). We had arrived a lot earlier - not expecting to get in our room but could have done the necessary form filling then and picked the key up when ready, but the desk wasn't manned. We called on the phone as indicated, but was told to "come back at 3". That said, this was our second visit and it wasn't like that the last time, so maybe short-staffed on this particular day. The bed mattress was quite uncomfortable could feel the springs through it. Not a problem for one night, but wouldn't want to spend longer there.

Room was very comfortable, towles, tray everything spot on from that pov. The staff were friendly and all knew how to use the Spoons blue card vouchers ( be amazed how many dont!)

I go to a lot of spoons pubs. My evening meal was the veggie curry, now I know it a boil in the bag job, but it had not been cooked for quite long enough. The breakfast was not that well cooked either, the veggie sausages were not done that well and the eggs wre over done, the tomato was almost frozen and there was no butter for the toast.

It was a great location and the parking behind the hotel was free as we arrived after 6pm and the next day was a bank holiday. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. We also really liked how family friendly it was and we have a baby. It's quite hard to beat the food and beverage choices in the pub!

The noise at night was expected as our room was in the front of the hotel by the entrance of the pub and it was closing at 1am as the next day was a bank holiday. We couldn't access the wi-fi, not sure if it was provided for free or if we had to pay.

Excellent location and we had a nice 2nd floor room which was lovely and quiet. Not big but it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. A bath & shower - perfect I love a nice relaxing bath & their was constant hot water. Breakfast was very good & the Steaks nice too and excellent value as were the drinks. Would stay again but maybe mid week instead of weekend.

We arrived on a Friday early evening and it was heaving and only two Bar staff serving. Of course being a Wetherspoons with cheap prices it attracts the youngsters. That's not a problem but being a Hotel as well it would be good if they had a small Residents Bar, so you could get served without feeling you were on a Club 18-30 holiday! But we enjoyed our stay but midweek would be quieter.

Room was beautiful, well-lit, stocked with little comforts like teabags etc, bed comfortable, and very clean. Slept brilliantly, didn't hear any noise from other guests either. Reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Great to walk downstairs in the morning and get a Spoons breakfast!

Protocol for getting in after hours is a little strange - if you're coming back late make sure one of you has phone charge to call reception! Also be aware that this hotel is in the centre of Leighton Buzzard and there is a restaurant/bar across the street that was still lively at 1am on Friday morning... the noise wasn't intolerable but it definitely helped that we were exhausted and fell asleep fast.

The family room is one of the best family room we have ever stayed in - plenty of space and an actual bath in the bathroom. We loved all the windows with views to two sides (and which also enabled us to cool it down when we arrived on quite a hot evening). Attention to detail was good with four mugs and four glasses, as well as biscuits, which were restocked for the second night.

Unfortunately, the extrator fan in the kitchen went wrong so there was a rather limited breakfast menu, which was a shame as we do like a Whetherspoon's breakfast. But the staff did a great job of explaining the problem and making the best of it with the limited, but perfectly adequate, offer.
