Have stayed here previously and stayed again for the Silverstone Grand Prix last weekend. Staff couldn't be more helpful and accomodating. Although basic we had all the facilities we needed including access to a communal fridge and microwave; and breakfast was an added bonus too with two hungry young boys. Family room was spacious and comfortable. I can't actually fault our stay. Would definitely recommend but you just have to appreciate and acknowledge that this is a budget hotel! I would definitely stay here again without a doubt! Nb: Best if you do have your own transport due to the location but there is a local bus service; bus stop I used was the opposite side of the road to the post office in Hockliffe (about a 15 minute walk from the hotel) and used this to go into Dunstable for the afternoon whilst my husband went off to Silverstone. There is also a Macdonalds down the road from the hotel which is walkable too.

Perhaps could do with a lick of paint in some areas and a gradual refurb in future years. Also would be better if the 'non-chargeable' checkout could be slightly later than 10am especially if you have children to get round and out!

Continental breakfast available from 6.00 am was great, for as a Type 1 Diabetic hypos, due to low sugars attributable to change in daily routines being away from home, did occur but easily resolved with your early breakfasts! As a bilateral below-knee amputee and prosthetic legs wearer, I found the bed at a good height for me to put on and take off my two prodsthetic legs. Disabled bathroom facilities were adequate, with the WC being excellent, but around the sink rather poor - for me a plastic chair arms would have been a major improvement for me. The bedroom could have benefited with a chair with chairs, as more appropriate for me rather than the chair without arms provided. Overall better than most, but could do better! Happy to return again and booked for a short stay in late June.

Just a motel with everything you need. Self service (continental) breakfast to be eaten in the rather big room (or in the lobby), guest fridge, lots of parking, directly on the A5 (20 min. to MK). Green for the dogs. Good to sleep for a good price, not too loud. clean, they accept dogs.

traffic jam in the rush hours because of a red light at Hogkliffe nearby, rather impersonal, no restaurant in walking distance, but some nearby (everybody is here by car anyway).

Location was great for where we were visiting and having a restaurant next-door is a added bonus.

Not enough Disabled Parking.

24 hour reception easy parking easy access off the A5 the place was clean the bed was comfortable although not deluxe. For us the breakfast was ideal although not lavish mainly yogurt and croissants. The shower was very good

The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang towels. The window sealed unit had misted up obscuring our view over the fields. There was some noise from slammed doors and A5

Large family room, we did not use the sofa bed so there was plenty of space to add our baby's cot Very helpful and friendly staff Quiet room we were near the entrance and the hallway door so we expected loads of noise but not at all Really nice field view (got woken up by cows tho lol) Plenty of storage and few hangers Fridges for guests in the hallway so if you need to store food it is helpful Not far from Luton Airport not far from Eggington House if you have a wedding there American diner on the door step. Cheap and super nice (15% off if you show you are from the hotel) Great value for money

Breakfast was 3 tables under the stairs, 2 microwave just 5 or 6 cereals boxes, 2 types of bread, 2 types of yoghurts, nutella jam butter peanut butter, 1 type of juice and that is it. No fruit, no cold choice like ham or cheese No table so you take your plate and eat in your room. The bath was wayyy too small, I m 5ft4 and I didnt even fit. I had to sit (not comfy for an adults) but great for kids. No air con in the room Bed mattress is verrryyy soft almost like a trampoline

Would highly recommend. The staff were really polite and friendly. Always someone on reception and close by if you needed anything. The rooms were a good size, nice and clean with good TV. Beds were super comfortable and we were surprised with the choice of the light breakfast options that were on offer which were included in the price. Plus it's dog friendly so a big plus for us. Thank you for a very comfortable few days stay.

Left too early in the morning to partake of breakfast. Wifi was problematic. Too many hotels give a well below par wifi service. The need for good wifi when travelling is increasingly important so this is something that really needs to be addressed urgently.

As said above, wifi service was poor.

convenient location for my purpose, not in a built up area, good parking, everything I needed for a quick stopover. nice to have breakfast included.

my only criticisms would be hearing people and their room doors closing heavy early hours as people left to catch flights. maybe dampen door closer or people leaving early rooms positioned nearer to exit lobby.
