Upon arrival, we were greeted by the gentleman who made our stay very warm and welcomed. The interior and furniture were very nice, we loved the comfiness and aesthetics the hotel gave off. We were very pleased with the room we were given; it was really cosy. The location is brilliant, you are literally by the shops, restaurant and the beach. We were unable to park outside as there were no available parking spaces however, there is a car park in which you can stay for 24 hours at York Road Car Park (York Rd, Llandudno LL30 2EF) for £4.80 and is about 10-15 minutes walk away.

Overall, we had a very pleasant night's rest. However, be warned that seagulls will be very loud in the morning so bring a pair of earplugs if you don't want any rude wakening in the early hours!

To be clear from the start, I am one of those people that never leaves reviews unless it's awful. Bad I know 😅 However on this occasion I felt so must write an extremely POSITIVE review for the Llandudno hotel. We decided less than 24 hours before arriving that we would visit Llandudno and I was pleased to find a hotel with availability for a family for under £100 (all others locally were closer to £200). I am a mum with two girls under 8, travelling alone so we stayed in a triple room (11) on the top floor. We requested a 2pm check in via booking.com and when we arrived wet and soggy we were greeted by a very friendly young man on reception who quickly booked us in for breakfast, shared fire procedures, directed us to the room and shared the WiFi code (connection is excellent - ignore previous reviews). The room was clean, stocked with plenty of tea and biscuits etc. Large, working TV - a must for the kids. Beds are clean, comfortable, silent and no flat pillows. Bathroom is clean and stocked with complimentary bits and bobs. Yes the decor is a bit dated and patched together in places but as a 3* hotel should be in my opinion. We went out for food and a walk on the seafront in the pouring rain. When we arrived back soggy at 8pm we were greeted by the Same man we had met earlier who immediately offered us all a hot chocolate and double cupped them for the children so they didn't burn their hands. This was so thoughtful and appreciated. We had a quiet, peaceful night's sleep despite us having other families staying next door. The fact we got breakfast included in price was excellent as not all hotels do nowadays. The kids and I enjoyed the food on offer and were ready to enjoy our second (hopefully dry!) day. We would definitely come back again if the prices remain competitive and I want to personally thank the staff for a very enjoyable stay. They deserve to do well and receive more positive reviews!

Only improvement points from me are: - better loo roll (didn't know they made it that thin!) - thicker curtains in the room as the kids woke up with the larks.

Central to everywhere, staff lovely, very helpful especially Gemma who went above and beyond to assist me, as I have a disability, nothing was to much for her, have stayed here before several yrs ago, but it was a much nicer stay this time, and we had Fabulous weather so an all round excellent break would definitely book again.

Stayed in room 4, had lot of trouble trying to open and close the door, handle falling off, also the window coming downstairs a dead seagull which was attracting flies really desperately needs a good clean around the hotel, would be quite off putting to new guests, also needs attention to detail in the bedrooms, wallpaper hanging down and damp patches but believe work is being undertaken soon, beautiful building, but staff make it there accomodating

Small family friendly hotel close to the pier and arcades and only a short walk into the main centre. We had the top floor family room which is actually quite big with a full bathroom. Lots of stairs though so no good for disabled as no lift. Breakfast was served at the Post House hotel just down the hill which was excellent food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

Parking! It’s free street parking which is great but we had keep driving around to find a space and eventually got one 3 streets away. Luckily we only had 1 small case to carry. There was more parking closer to town but it’s all only 90 minutes stay

The hotel was ideally located, very near the beaches, shops, pubs, clubs, take away's and restaurants. The breakfast was good but was limited (non buffet eat all you want). Pets was welcomed but not catered for i.e. no bowls of water in communal area, outside seating area or leash securing points.

Parking is a nightmare, no designated parking and limited parking spaces, received 2 parking tickets even-though parked on either single yellow line and for one ticket there was no yellow line and no clear signage of parking conditions or in Welsh. It seems that the council are making extra money out of the tourists, therefore I will not re-visit.

Bed was very comfortable and room spacious, we had room 6 which was right on the corner so it was bigger than most Nicely decorated and felt cosy Man who checked us in was polite and apologetic for our short wait.

Communication not good, was phoning the number given on Booking.com for 2 days and got no answer, When you arrive you have to phone another hotel for someone to check you in,but saying that we did only have to wait about 10 minutes as he came straight from the gym. Difficulty finding the hotel even with sat nav

Last minute booking, we needed a room on a low floor, Ashley sorted it, and was amazing throughout our stay. In the room we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Could have done with a bedside table on both sides of the bed, but it wasn't a huge issue. Breakfast was good, meaning the whole trip was very good value for money. Stacy night staff was really affable too. We wanted to stay an extra night, but unfortunately they were fully booked, 😥😀😁

Small breakfast room, so you may need to wait for a table, however you were offered, tea, coffee, toast etc, whilst waiting.

The staff was as helpful as they could be as they was new and in training, When I had a problem, there was no emming or excuses, they got to and sortted the problem. The first room I had was at the top of the hotel, 3 floors, but the shower broke and when they guy came to fixed it I couldn't use it for 12 more hrs, so i was gaven a chose stay or more, so I moved got moved to the ground floor and refunded the difference within 20 mintues with no problems Breakfast, each to there own, I say, cooked full breakfast, as must tea and coffee, toast and cereal, to be had, if you want both, they was ok with it, It a short walk to orm tram Station going up the hill, the llandudno peir going down the hill you can see both when you step on to the path. I left a piece of jewellery in the room, at time of writting this which is only less half a day, I am hoping they post it back to me. 6 yrs of travelling and i still manage to leave something behind.

The location was perfect with on road parking which was free. The room size and bathroom size were brilliant and the addition of a fridge in the room was excellent. A good family room. There is a lovely outside terrace with views to the sea and we could also see the sea from our room. The staff were all lovely and very helpful at all times.

The furniture and decor are dated and could do with refreshing and the windows are in need of some work. The lighting was not the best either and no plug sockets that we could find or access near the beds which would have been helpful.

Siona and Ben were fantastic. They couldn`t do enough for us. They even decorated our parents room for their 50th wedding anniversary with ballons. Siona was especially helpful with our kids who really warmed to her. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants in the area.

The decor was a bit crazy and the bedroom I stayed in (the family room had too much odd bits of furniture in needed updating. Also on the second morning they ran out of oat milk. In the morning they could have possibly done with another member of staff to help with the breakfast.
