Small but clean room (upstairs), comfortable bed. Daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels. A Shuko standard plug is available which can be very useful. The helpful staff immediately upon arrival recommended a place nearby with great coffee (Caffè Nero). Walking to Victoria bus station, train station, and tube station takes a few minutes. There are convenient bus connections to the airports. 30-40 minutes walk to some of London's main attractions: Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster, Piccadilly, etc. There is a bus stop nearby (Belgrave Road) on line 24 - convenient for sightseeing and visiting the British Museum. Perfect for a 3-4 day stay. I recommend it!

Tiny bathroom (1m x 1m) - never seen anything like it. But there is plenty of hot water and it's fun. The sink in the bathroom (yes, there's even a sink!) is of the old English standard with two taps - separate for cold and hot water. I don't think it's very comfortable. It is hardly difficult to replace it with a normal faucet.

I love the colliers hotel, the staff are amazing and so helpful, I stayed here longer than anticipated not through booking.com but directly with the hotel, my hospital appointments were delayed and the staff understood and helped me out, would highly recommended this hotel I will certainly use this hotel on my next hospital visit if they have vacancies, rooms lovely so clean and a lovely atmosphere that is what always draws me to this establishment.

There is nothing I did not like

Great location, within a few minutes walk from Victoria Train, Coach and Tube stations Very safe Rooms are very clean and comfortable Central heating was on in the early mornings Can store my luggage after check-out

The single room is very small. It's hard to fit in a large suitcase. There is no lift, and the stairs are very narrow.

The bed was procented lovely and bed was confable loads of space for your clothes. No squeezey floors you could come and go as you pleased. Window where easy to open rooms where warm.

The shower was to small to have any shower made me feel clostaphobic even going to the toilet. There water fersites where not working getting into my room was tuff to do had to stay in friends room till my room was ready.. You had to buy WiFi and also if you stay for breakfast you had to pay money too. Then there was no tea or coffee in my room either

Location is excellent, staff very friendly. Rooms are decent. Also there are not around ten flights of stairs to traipse up and down. For a single guest such as myself it was fine, I cannot comment from a family aspect.

One thing that lets it down slightly is that no food/meals is/are available. I am aware that potential guests know this before booking however I think it would just add that bit extra to the hotel.

Staff very accommodating gave extra milk and a fan as room was extremely hot with excellent weather. Everything in room was very clean including sheets and towels. Was quiet at night and close enough to get about.

Pillows lol lumpy ..ensuite was like a caravan bathroom but clean with good shower..just small

Location is excellent, close to Victoria but quiet at night so no dreaded traffic noise. My room was compact, however clean, tidy and warm. For the price it was excellent staff were friendly and helpful when checking in and out.

There was nothing to like. I knew this was a budget hotel when I booked it. No problems or issues during my stay.

There was no breakfast, the location was excellent, and my room was okay.

Nothing in particular, except if the property can consider serving breakfast.

Very well located in London in what used to be a bourgeois and well off area close to Chelsea. it’s proximity to The Victoria Coach Terminal makes it an awesome place to stay one night before an early departure by bus.

The place could do with some refurbishing and a little decoration. bathroom is minute but all essentials are there. The TV sets are scarcely bigger than a tablet. The major flaw, for those who are not taking an early bus, is the 10 a.m. check out time!
