Location It is located in a good area with access to the Thames Big Ben at Buckingham Palace And Libraries wsmister Camden town, hospitalfield, bricks lane, and Oxford Street, big museum British 🖼️ With a means of transport like All the good and very good locations to visit are 30 minutes away with an electric bike you reach your destination in a snap I'm good that I can share this information true location It's good and I recommend
The bicycle parking lot in front of the hostel does not have a roof, yes you can find a parking lot, just be careful where you put it

Make conversation, with you which is great especially when traveling alone. Wide range of beers and spirits, with very good knowledge of there stock. Last but not least , I'll say it again absolutely accommodating an welcoming very friendly i can't express that enough. Perfect location for staying in the centre of the city. Friendly check in staff and cleaning staff
The hostel could seriously provide better lightings, the hallway to rooms 5 and 6 (where the female dorm is) was totally without a light at all. Even inside the dorm room it was dark, with only one light bulb for the entire space. There are not enough wash rooms for all, only the washrooms at the first floor are functional. The wash room nearest to Room 6 is "working, only the light is not". And it seems nobody is working on the repair also. It was such a drama to get a wash room during the morning 'peak hours'. A suggestion: to fix some hooks at the top bunk bed, then at least there are enough space for hanging up jackets for all in the room. At the moment there are only 6 hooks in a dorm room with 9 beds.

my favorite thing about PubLove hostels is that they have a 24hour pub which stays open for guests and allows for check-in at all hours of the night. this is especially important for me, because I often need to check in after midnight. the pub is also great for spending time after checking out while waiting for travel plans to continue elsewhere. there are plenty of power plugs and seats so I'm able to relax and not worry about devices dying while waiting for my next train or coach.
I wish there were more economical food choices. I couldn't find a decent meal on the menu that wasn't under 6-8GBP and there was no alternative that didn't require lots of walking.

The staff was very friendly. The location its good, the victoria bus Station is very near. One of the guys helped me carry my giant suitcase since there is no elevator and the stairs were very small and I was on the top floor. It is a plus that they have a pub on the ground floor of the hostel. The bed was comfortable although the stairs to the bunk beds are deadly and even more so if you get to the third one (up to the top).
The toilets are with the showers and they do not have a screen or curtains to prevent everything from getting wet, so they generally stayed very wet during the day and night because they dont have ventilation. So it was uncomfortable use the toilet because everything was wet. There is no space into the bathroom to put your things without getting wet. This I definitely did not like. And as a suggestion, they should also place numbers (as in the beds) in the lokers inside the rooms because some guests take 2 or 3 lockers because they are small and they left other guests without a locker to store valuables. But in general was ok only for 2 Days.

I had a good stay at The White Ferry. It's in a great position, within easy reach of Victoria coach and train stations, and a few minutes' walk to Sloane Square Tube station too. The dormitory I stayed in had 9 bunk beds and I was lucky as people were quiet, so I didn't get disturbed. The shared bathroom has individual, lockable cubicles, which felt nice and secure (although I did wait ages outside the bathroom on my floor, thinking that someone was using it, before I realised it wasn't in use!). I could leave my luggage in a secure room during the day and I hired a towel from the reception in the bar. Tip: take a padlock for the locker, or rent one from the bar. The best thing was how nice and helpful the staff were. They were all so friendly and pleasant - a real credit to the place.
The pillow was quite lumpy.

The staff here at The White Ferry were incredible! They were so welcoming and Friendly, exactly what you need when you're traveling solo or somewhere you are not used to. They were incredible with helping with any issue I had and the fact that they keep your bags in a safe room so you can drop them off before check-in is amazing, and extremely helpful. I felt extremely comfortable and safe staying here at the White Ferry, and that's mainly due to the helpful staff. Not to mention the price and location is great, about a 10 minute walk from Victoria Coach Station, I couldn't ask for a better solution for somewhere to stay.
My stay at The White Ferry was only short, so the one thing I did struggle with was the washroom situation and that the beds didn't have curtains or too much privacy. With the washroom, it was hard to find an empty shower, and once I did they weren't in a great condition, the only shower that was free had actually flooded so I couldn't really use it comfortably. However, I understand that there are quite a few people using them so I'm sure this issue could be fixed by waking up a little earlier to avoid washroom traffic and a less flooded floor while you use the toilet.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is great. The pub downstairs is lovely, cozy atmosphere, nice food and drinks. The room was small but comfortable. The washrooms have private showers each.
There needs to be a way to make sure guests behave themselves when using the share washrooms. The cleaning staff did their best to keep the space clean and tidy but there's only so much they can do if the guests refuse to cooperate. I cannot believe grown men are allowed to leave their dirty clothes and garbage on the shared washroom floor. The washrooms are so nice, they all have individual showers. This kind of behaviour makes the whole experience unpleasant for everyone.

Incredibly friendly people working here. Delicious French fries! I got the bottom bunk and was a bit nervous but it was very comfortable and a great big blanket too. Locker for items, very practical. Fast check in and even faster check out. Loved the independence overall. Very welcoming and gorgeous decorations in the pub!
Bathrooms on my floor didn’t open, one that did open didn’t have soap. No worries— just went to another bathroom (there are so many!) and there was plenty of soap. Staff was very knowledgeable about ingredients but if you have allergies/dietary restrictions it may be best to get a meal elsewhere, although there are two vegan options which was a huge thumbs up in my book!

For a bunch od 40y old ladies, we had very low expectations from a very cheap hostel and I must say the place exceeded them all. 1. Not loud. 24/7 pub was really well behaved and music was not heard from the room where we stayed. 2. Comfy bed. Have not slept in a single bed or bunk bed in 30y but i must say i slept really well. Beddingvwas clean and had neutral linen smell. 3. Bathrooms were on a corridor of each floor and although very basic, they were cleaned regularly and water pressure/ temperature was very good. 4. Location. 12min to Victoria station, easy for Uber ride and bus stop right outside.
I was absolutely fine with no towels and sharing bathroom but what was really missing for me was a mirror. Doors are super heavy and make a very loud noise so if you are light sleeper bring ear plugs. Bright green night light that can not be switchedoff so if you are on the top bed you may need eye mask.
