Able to check in early for a nominal fee... a great bonus as it is always a problem when many international flights are overnight and you arrive early morning and have to wait often until 3pm to check in. Believe me you do not feel like sightseeing or shopping after a long overnight flight..you feel like death warmed up until u can have a rest, take a shower. Not many hotels offer an early check in, even with an additional charge so kudos to this hotel and management!

Access to all rooms with a lift.

The staff on reception were super helpful,took my case to the accommodation.Room set back from the busier road. Inside,an exceptionally clean and modern room featuring comfy beds lovely shower.Compact room tea facilities for morning Left cases there on checkout early as I was going to the Chelsea flower show that day. 15 minute walk to Royal Chelsea Barracks for the show 5 minute walk to Victoria coach station where I had booked an afternoon tea bus ride. Other sightseeing stuff is not far away,and in the vicinity of the hop on bus tours which are a must. A variety of pubs for afternoon relaxation and some lovely restaurants for meals too. We went to Sicily (Italian restaurant) 2 min walk for exceptional food and really well priced( same as Zizzi or some other franchise which this was not). Staff only to happy to hail a taxi for us back to Marylebone. Thank you for all your help.

The location was fantastic. Very close to Victoria Coach and Train station.

Always ask to be to the front of the building. The back faces the train tracks and can be quite noisy

I had asked for a room that was accessible as I have poor mobility, we were given a ground floor room. The room was clean, well decorated and up-to-date. The lighting was good - main light, different bedside lights and above the bed light. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows, which I always need. The mattress was firm and the bedding quite heavy which we liked. There was a good selection of teas, coffees, creamers, milk and sugar. and a kettle. The modern bathroom was lovely - it was large with plenty of room to move; a good supply of cups, toilet rolls etc; a large mirror, sink and shelf; and pleasant shower gel/soap. The towels were sufficient for our needs. The location is great for Victoria coach station and Victoria train station and travelling around London. I had expected that there would be alot of noise due to the location. You did hear the trains but it didn't disturb our sleep. You could hear noise from other rooms, but no more than you would in any other hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room from the hotel reception (as we were in a house around the corner) and informed about how to obtain further assistance. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. This was a great room at a reasonable price. I would stay again at this hotel if I needed to stay in London for one or two nights, espencially if travelling to/from either of the nearby stations.

The shower was a bit slippery - I found it frightening getting out of the shower because of that. Perhaps a mat in the shower would be safer. However, it is probably fine for someone without mobility issues. There was a draft coming through the window, we put a towel on the window and turned the heating up. After that it was fine. There is no restaurant/dining room. We would have liked to have been able to sit down to a cooked breakfast, but you could only get a Continental breakfast (which is left outside the door).

Staff was very friendly and offered to carry my luggage to the room. The hotel offers free luggage storage which was ideal as my flight wasn’t until 7pm the day of checkout so I could leave my suitcase there till I needed to go to the airport. Room was very clean with tea and coffee facilities. Excellent location beside Victoria Station.

Breakfast was served in a box outside your door. I didn’t like having to eat in my room and also try eat cereal out of a paper cup. Also would have preferred if asked on check in what I would like in the box as I felt a lot went to waste. The room was small but didn’t bother me as I was out for the day.

The location was perfect, so close to the coach station. I had booked a single room but was given a lovely double! The room was brand new, modern and clean.

Unfortunately my room backed on to the train tracks so I could hear trains going past late at night and early in the morning. I did wear ear plugs to drown the noise out which did work to an extent.

Great location close to Victoria station. Many shops and restaurants close by without the area being incredibly crowded. Less than 15 minutes walk from Buckingham palace as well as the gorgeous Belgravia neighborhood. we did all our London exploring by foot from there. Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. would stay here again.

Like in many buildings in the UK, their staircases are very steep and narrow. There was no elevator. This might be a problem for some visitors.

My son and I stayed here for one night. The gentleman on the desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was on the first floor, my son on the third. The room and bathroom were spotless and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again, but I wouldn't choose the breakfast option. 😊

My only disappointment was the box of breakfast left outside the door. The website shows a breakfast area and advertises a bar? I would have liked the option of sitting down for breakfast and choosing my own food.

Location was excellent, and the staff were amazing, offered to store my luggage, and went out of their way to assist me with an issue I had. I attended the kings coronation and needed to leave early to sleep on the Mall, however, I wanted the hotel as a back-up in case I bailed. They were really understanding, said they would hold on to my key card until check out time, in case I came back in the middle of the night. Amazing service!

Everything was perfect

The reception staff were excellent, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to them for saving me by lending a phone charger after i left mine in a hotal in france. Great to have tetley tea in the room too. Miles better than other brands. Great lo ation for Victoria Coach station.

Second room i had was cloe to the victoria rail lines and a bit noisy but small inconvenience compared to benefit of being so close to transport hubs
