OYO Bakers Hotel London Victoria

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful with getting Information for taxis to and from the Queens Garden Party (I did not get his name) He also got extra coffee and milk for us. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was good if you like walking. which we do. There are plenty of shops and eateries in the area. within a 10 min walk. I would book this hotel again

Stocking of things like toilet rolls. Please make sure that you have two in the bathroom, or give a time when the staff goes home. There is no information on your website or at your hotels that there is no night staff. I thought OYO meant On Your Own. I think if you give more information on your website and institute, your customers would feel better prepared, and still use OYO. I will. Also, get your local eateries and shops to sign up for a leaflet at your hotels this would be good for both businesses.

Staff are friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and leave our luggage after we checked out to pick up later. Clean and comfy for the value, great central location close to transport

Better beds would be nice but can't complain for the price, only a place to sleep and get ready for the day anyway :)

The hotels location was good, the staff were lovely and the continental breakfast was good.

We were told we had to check in an hour later than advertised, however once I argued this they let me check in at the original time. Our room had a sink very close to the toilet, which was not an issue for us but would have been for someone larger than us. The bed was very old and we sunk into the middle, it was also very creaky. The walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from the room next door. The price was a lot, but I am not used to staying in London.

We stayed at Oyo for 5 nights, we spent a lot of time exploring London and this hotel is in a great location in Westminster. We walked just 20 minutes to Buckingham Palace, 30 minutes to Westminster Abbey. To some locations we travelled by tube, the tube station was just 10 minutes from hotel. We stayed in room for 4 people, everything was fine, clean, good continental breakfast.

Room for 4 people was a little bit small, but we spent lots of time out of the hotel in London, so this was not a problem.

The staff were exceptionally helpful recommending apps for us to use! The hotel is basic but lovely, this was exactly what we needed as we spent little time there. I think it was a great area for us, around everywhere we needed to be. Close to convenience stores, pubs and a few mins walk from Victoria stations.

It would be nice to have a cooked breakfast choice this is my only fault really of the hotel.

Lack of Tea Coffee and Milk in room, if this facility is offered which it was as there was only one sachet of coffee in the room should have been refilled.

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially the receptionist. Quick and easy check in and out. Clear info precious during COVID times. Very nicely decorated room with warm atmosphere and provided of all necessities (hanging space, kettle with cups and coffee/tea, hair dryer, USB cable plugs for charging, quality soaps in the bathroom). The cleaness and attention to disinfection for COVID prevention (the towels were still in a plastic envelope, as well as the remote control and the coffee/tea sachets). Hand cleaning gel always present. The breakfast, cold only (juice, cereals, bread, butter, jams, coffee/teas/chocolate, yoghurts, apples) but much better and varied of what I expected. Final cherry: excellent ratio price Vs quality in Victoria location.

Everything was very good but one little thing: noise from upper floor. The room was on the inside on ground floor, so it was shielded from street noise, but perhaps I got the wrong top floor neighbors, since they were very noisy, like shouting and running on squeaky floor until 1:00 in the night.

We have stayed here before and will always try to use this place when we book theatre trips. Great value considering the location (less than 10mins walk to Victoria station and the theatres in that area). Room/bathroom very small, but completely clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet, didn't hear any other guests despite the hotel having no vacancies apart from the odd door shutting. Easy check in/out. We skipped breakfast as it's fairly basic and we fancied going out but if you're on a budget/in a rush it's perfectly acceptable.

Room was quite warm but everywhere in London was warm that day! Luckily there was a large and powerful fan in our room and this really helped us to be able to sleep. Also when we checked in we were hoping to freshen up before our theatre trip, but the shower wouldn't get hot. I think that it was just because it wasn't a 'peak' time, as it was fine the following morning.

Location very good for London Victoria Coach Station, 5 min walking. Nice location, clean, safe, lovely houses, small restaurants. Walking distance to many historical sights. Good continental breakfast accessible even before official opening time.

Room was very small. Only one night table.
