The location is perfect and the views are amazing.

The wait time to get in to the room is far to late in the day.

the staff was amazing, the housekeeping was great. The room was comfortable and in a fantastic area of London.

Everything was great except the last few days of my stay there was strong food odors in my room. it smelled like another guest was cooking in their room. we had to have housekeeping g come up and spray air freshener.

Receptions team need little focus to strength their boundaries for madness successful story

A superb hotel and our home in London.Currenrly under going some refurbishment.A legacy hotel for 60 years.Location perfect staff across all areas of the hotel stunning.Restutants wonderful and the club lounge relaxing with ample to eat and drink There is a Sixt hire car outlet downstairs which makes life easier as well. The rooms and suites we stay in are comfortable with comfortable pillows.soft linen and all the amenities needed in the bathrooms. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, and I look forward to coming back in a couple of months.

Room had a great view and was clean and well equipped , the location for the west end is great

The air-conditioning was VERY noisy , we could also hear the lifts running all night despite not being that close to them

In my opinion the hotel does not live up to its price tag. Spending £500+ per night could get you a more outstanding accommodation in the city, but not to fault Hilton, it was still a nice stay.

It’s location is perfect and staff were very welcoming. Prosecco and hot towels when you arrive were a lovely touch, as was the offer of complimentary breakfasts. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were also superb and the hair dryer very efficient. The restaurant has wonderful views and food and drink were exceptional, along with all the staff we had interaction with. The cocktail bar was comfortable and the drinks well prepared and served by delightful and attentive staff. All together, an excellent and enjoyable stay with a wonderful wining and dining experience.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff are beyond wonderful! We were greeted very quickly and the receptionist remembered that it was my birthday celebration. everyone from the doorman to the bar staff were polite, efficient and friendly. Our room was very nice with plenty of room for the two of us and had all the amenities you could wish for: towelling robes, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, hairdryer, safe, nespresso machine, kettle, shaving kit, toothbrush set etc etc etc! Drinks in the Sky bar watching the sun set was very special. I wish we'd stayed for dinner!

I think they only thing is that the bathroom felt a little dated. I wasn't inspired to take a long bath as a result and the fan didn't seem to work. We did ask for our balcony doors to be unlocked but no-one came to do that. To be fair we didn't chase it.

Room was nice and clean. We had some Hyde Park view which was appreciated. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety. You cant ask for a better location, minutes away from Hyde Park and main shopping streets. In the heart of London

The lobby was being under remodelations so we had to enter through the back entrance.

It was all excellent to be honest. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the Hotel is very clean and organized, and the location is superb especially for tourists. Breakfast was quite diverse and satisfying, and the bar team are very amicable.

The only things which I believe are missing and could make the place much more comfortable are: 1) If the showers had a full cover or shield to avoid water from splashing outside and wetting the floors, thus making it unclean and harder on the housekeeping team when cleaning 2) Water pressure in the showers don't seem to be strong enough or consistent in all the rooms. Higher pressures make for easier and quicker bathing. 3) Having handheld bidet sprayers installed in the toilets, which is much more hygienic and convenient for both customers and housekeeping.
