The hotels location is fantastic, it is quite and comfortable and in the center of Mayfair. Reception was good and quick, and the breakfast and cafe were fantastic. Staff were very nice and welcoming. And the concierge were very helpful. Rooms are smaller than expected, but very clean and comfortable.
Some rooms are quite small, and we had one room with a window opposite to external AC unit, and no view at all. We asked to change the room and the receptionist showed us other available rooms until we liked one. During our stay we stayed at the highest floor (7th) and our room was very cold and there is no heating in the AC. The hotel provided us with an electric heater, and still the room were quite cold at night.

Much to my surprise,, (I have stayed in this hotel since it was called Brittania - 30 years ago first stay),, the traditional english breakfast egg and BACON was changed to Turkey-Bacon and chicken sausages...!!! What's in the managements mind??? '

this is my second stay at the Biltmore Hotel, to be honest I doubted that they will keep the same high standards from my last stay, but i was amazed that my second stay was even better ! everything was convenient from the cleanliness and the fresh smell of the room at the check in, the nice staff, the location,and the smoothness of chick in and check out!! everything was beyond perfect! the Biltmore hotel will be always my first choice when i visit London.

Hotel is really nice. We checked in a little earlier and got upgraded to a bigger room which we loved as I was traveling with my 2 month old baby so the extra space was appreciated. Crib provided. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom [double sink, heated toilet seat, big bath and shower], lots of wardrobe space and a seating area. The staff are very friendly and there to help. Delicious breakfast of a buffet and also hot kitchen meal options. Big room service menu. Really comfortable stay.
The minibar drinks could have been complimentary. I think we had to pay for the bottled water as well.

Amazing, exceptional stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. A wonderful location in Mayfair on Grosvenor Square. The customer service could not have been better, from before we arrived when the manager called me to find out if we needed anything arranging for our stay, to the wonderful concierges helping us with restaurant bookings and arranging for excellent hotel parking with free electric charging (& on this occasion because the hotel was quiet) no need to move the car to an NCP, fantastic reception staff and absolutely excellent housekeeping keeping our room wonderfully clean and tidy. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, fresh flowers, chocolates & a wonderful bottle of Cloudy Bay sparking wine for our anniversary, making the stay so special. What an amazing suite - beautifully furnished, very spacious with everything you could possibly think of needing, and a fantastically comfortable and large bed. The hotel has been fabulously refurbished and is really beautifully designed and furnished. Can't recommend it highly enough, including the amazing staff team, every one of whom who looked after us so well - a real credit to the best top class hospitality customer service. We look forward to returning!
