The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, London

Location is fantastic, as always. I have to say the bed and pillows were heavenly.

Breakfast was fairly poor, but I guess sufficient. It doesn't make sense to sign a bill of ~£30 when it's included in the room. I had dinner one evening, and unfortunately had to wait over 20 minutes for what tasted like canned tomato soup (breads were excellent!). Also, the minibar system just gave me anxiety. I moved some drinks around to make room for other items, and they were directly charged to my room. Your colleague at the check out was really helpful and settled the bill immediately.

The staff was amazing, the room was spacious and the interior is so nice, the view of the room was amazing, the location is brilliant it is so close to everything

The only downside of this hotel is the food, I ordered in room dining several times and to be honest it wasn’t as good as I expected other than that everything was perfect

best location, best staff, best reception. I used stay in this hotel whenever I visit london and this year ai was surprised of the low rating given to the hotel in booking.com. Honestly its not reporting the overall hotel experience. I give it 8.5 to 9 rating. we came so early and the reception was soo kind and allow us to check in. whenever we call for any service they are responsive. its safe hotel. and really made my visit to london very convenient

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is close to all the landmarks, the room is great even if the furniture is a little old, but it is worth the experience and I would like to visit you again

When I called them to remove the drinks, they told me to pay if I wanted to remove the drinks, which is the first time I see such a thing, and instead they gave me a mini fridge in the room.

in room dining prices are too high. if you left the dining in table or tray out side the room, the staff are not taking them away immediately but it still there to the next day or even the day after! the house keeping are not coming by there own, you have to call them many times to come to clean. some floors and rooms smells hashish. the holding amounts has not coming back to our bank account yet since a month ago!

I liked my big hotel room with the minibar at the side and the views were nice from my room

Prices were really expensive but it is a luxury class hotel so that comes with it all together. Mattress felt a bit hard to sleep on but got used to it the next following day.

1.i have requested the room to be in high floor and i didn’t get it.

I loved everything about this hotel, from the minute me and my partner walked in. The marble decor and chandelier made it beautiful and sophisticated. The rooms were clean, well presented and stunningly decorated. We booked the panoramic room which was just Divine, the view at night time with all of the lights was amazing and in the morning waking up with the blue sky looking over Hyde Park!! Facilities were great, we were able to watch new films on the telly and get the normal channels on there. Also used the Bluetooth speaker for music which was good fun and having the tea and coffee facilities too. The staff were so so friendly, from the moment we walked in, it was smiles and welcomes all round. It was my partners birthday so when we arrived in the room a bottle of cold champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a card was on the table. In the morning we requested some fresh milk through the Marriott Bonvoy app and within 5 minutes it was bought up to us on a silver tray in a jug. We also ordered food in the evening around half 12, via Uber eats, which when it arrived down in reception one of the staff bought it up to us!! Really could not fault this hotel and I will definitely going back there!

The location of the hotel is very amazing Where there is everything you need around it.

A small note, I hope it will be a positive for the hotel management, which is the furniture that needs to be renovated, especially the carpet.

The location is great - beside harrods. The size of rooms is good (see photos attached). The view from the rooms is beautiful, but it largely depends on the side of your room.

However, the hotel should work on room service (especially cleaning room).
