Room was beautiful, staff were very professional, location fantastic, ambiance perfect!! Breakfast was very elegant experience with a great selection - food was a little on the cool side & coffee not the best (would prefer french pressed style coffee rather than served in a thermos flask.

The first evening we did have a lot of noise coming from above our superior room - we love a party and love to see people having a great time but I think the noise levels were too high when you are paying a premium rate at a premium hotel - this was a little disappointing!! We stayed at Claridge’s hotel for one night to celebrate my husband’s special birthday. The whole experience was absolutely amazing! The staff members assisted us with everything we needed every step of the way. Little touches such as a chocolate treat and the balloons placed in our room prior to our arrival, made the whole stay very personal and special! We stayed in Claridge’s King Room which was beautiful, elegant, with some quintessential English features. We had a couple of celebratory complimentary drinks on arrival and everywhere we went in the hotel, the staff were wishing my husband happy birthday. I would like to say a huge thank you to each and every one of you for making our stay an experience of a lifetime! Thank you so, so much! My husband’s special birthday will always be associated with the incredible stay at this iconic hotel!

From the moment I arrived until my departure, my stay at Claridge’s Hotel in London was nothing short of spectacular. Celebrating my birthday in such an iconic establishment made my special day even more memorable. The hotel exudes elegance and charm, with its luxurious accommodations and impeccable service. I was particularly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A special shout-out to Amine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service truly stood out and added a personal touch to my birthday celebrations. The ambiance, the exquisite dining options, and the overall experience at Claridge’s have left a lasting impression on me. It’s clear why this hotel is a favorite among those who appreciate the finer things in life. I can confidently say that whenever I’m in London, Claridge’s will be my go-to destination. What's not to like... The most amazing hotel in London, stayed recently for two nights with my partner for her birthday, from the moment I stepped out my car and was greeted by Steve and Craig our little break had started, they took care of everything for us, I must add there great at there job and real good fun to be around. The Claridge’s team made our stay simply amazing, A big thank you to Tayhab from reception that showed us to our room and topped it off with a complimentary glass of champagne for my partner and I, a true gent. Claudia & Francisco from guest relations thank you for sorting balloons and gifts for my partners birthday and making it so special for her and last but not least Paul that works within the security team it was almost a shame he was at work as I could have spoke to him for hours, he's one of the nicest fellas iv ever spoke with, hope to see you all very soon. Thank you Claridge’s You really are No 1

honestly - everything - Claridges is where the old hospitality values have not simply survived, but have thrived - bravo team - amazing! even construction noise in my room could not keep me from posting this score.

so of course - construction means better facilities in the future - so I’m pleased to have been part of the process - even with the drilling and the banging

The Christmas tree if you can it a Christmas tree that wasn't, it was awful and generally the decorations lacked warmth .A big let down when you compare previous years at Claridges. (Our seventh )

Everything! We are very frequent traveller but our stay at Claridges was honestly flawless. We stayed in our wedding weekend and everything was flawless; our room, the bars, the restaurants,and most of all the staff - were absolute perfection.

The Hotel lived up to and exceeded expectations. The staff from the first point of contact to leaving were friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much of a problem. We pre booked fumoir lounge for evening drinks (They were busy too) and the spa too. The room was excellent. Decorated to a high standard, very clean and plenty of amenities. The bathroom was large, clean and very good. We are spoilt for choice for very good hotels in London, but we would happily return to Claridges.

Breakfast - We decided to take breakfast at Claridges. The choice of food and the location was fantastic. Service was generally good. However, we were ordered fruit and then something hot. Both courses came together and my wife ate her poached eggs first, but they were on the cold side. We should have mentioned this to be fair. For the price we paid, I thought they should have staggered delivery of food and ensured everything was hot.

The property is fantastic, the rooms absolutely wonderful but the difference, the HUGE difference is the staff. I have travel a lot in my life, both of us are in our 70's and have never met a better trained more genuinely warm and attentive staff at all levels of the hotel. They all seem to derive true pleasure in being helpful friendly and extremely professional at al levels, from reception to concierge to maid service to barmen. You are in a great mood your entire stay due to the interaction with these wonderful people

Nothing it was excellent. If I am being picky the only thing our room did not have was a tea/coffee making facility. I am sure that if we asked for one it would have been brought immediately.
