Shepherds Row Bed and Breakfast

Jane & Charles are perfect hosts. They liaised with us regarding our arrival time and stayed in touch to make sure we were ok during horrendous travelling conditions. Upon arrival Charles greeted us with a large umbrella and a warm smile. Jane gave us recommendations regarding the local pubs and used her connections in the closest one to ensure we had a table for that evening. Room was beautifully maintained and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, good quality and perfectly cooked. Quite simply we couldn't have asked for more. We're already making plans to stay again. Thank you both for a lovely weekend. Nothing to dislike.

Lovely cottages in a charming location. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Room lovely, quiet and clean. Little touches and thoughts here and there that really made it feel a treat to stay there. Breakfast was first class. Great food and drink nearby too.

Nothing at all

It was a little home from home. The team were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, The room was very clean and comfortable with the softest towels. It was just the little things, home made biscuits in your room, a wide selection of hot drinks to choose from, drinking water available and an excellent breakfast at the time I needed it before going on my way. A really lovely place to stay.

Great people and a great location with a few pubs within walking distance, so good evening options.

Parking is a little tight, but there is normally space on the road

We had a separate entrance and could come and go as we pleased. The room was v comfortable and tea/coffee making facilities were provided with bottled water. Easy parking and perfect location.

The place is lovely and in a quiet village. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The bed. We are used to a memory foam mattress so we didn't get much sleep.

Absolutely everything, the location, car parking, Jane was very helpful, accomadating with a very nice attitude, during the whole stay nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast each day was plentiful and very tasty, we have stayed in many places and this was by far the best.

Noisy toilet seat when sitting on it. Could hear heating switching on, but was grateful to be kept warm.

Jane and Charles made me very welcome, had a lovely stay, good nights sleep and a good breakfast. A very peaceful village setting, good pubs and beautiful surrounding countryside. Will definitely be staying again.
