fabulous location great for going to St Annes, Lytham and Blackpool. Very comfy bed slept very well, we were in a room at the back (52 I think) it was very quiet. Staff very helpful especially at breakfast where the staff behind the buffet were super efficient and friendly.

only things would improve bigger towels/bath sheets please! maybe a fridge would be a lovely touch but not a deal breaker.

The location of this hotel is a bonus especially if you have a toddler like us. Easy walk into the small town and all the attractions. Splash zone is only a 10min walk away which meant no queuing at the toilets there to get changed. The food at the hotel was nice we had the three course meal on the Sunday which was good value for money and provided a excellent choice. Breakfast again good choice of food. The staff at the hotel were again excellent all making a fuss of our little man. Room wise we were in the annex and for us it worked well, the room and clean and tidy it did lack a bin in the room which meant us taking rubbish outside to get rid of. Overall good hotel for the price. Swimming pool is a bonus which we used on the hottest day on record.

I went with my Mum & 4yr old Grandaughter We had a family interchanging room with a dbl bed in one room & two singles in the other room. We had plenty of towels, tea & coffee etc It was a sea view that was very peaceful & tidy. There was a playroom for toddler's of which my Grandaughter made use of & made some friends as did myself & my Mum There's plenty of complimentary car parking spaces. The breakfast was plentiful & really nice it's an help yourself buffett. Evening meal is again plentiful & with a choice of starters & sweet puddings. My Granadaughter took advantage of the swimming pool & had a swimming lesson. There is bar food hot & cold & the burger is huge too much for me to eat lol. There's a nice big concert room where you can play bingo, unfortunately there wasn't any live entertainment on so off to watch t.v in our room it would have been good to have a show to watch but we did go on a Monday & Tuesday night so maybe they have live music on a wk end. Overall, we had a brilliant time & the staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome

The fact that there was no entertainment other than that it was a perfect visit & I will definitely be going back the location is ideal for what we wanted.

Location was spot on ( we researched this beforehand) . Lovely welcoming reception area with dining room , playroom and ballroom all off this area. Plenty of activities and involvement aimed at children unfortunately we didn't get to use as we had booked for the kite festival weekend. Perhaps invest in air con in ballroom as was too warm in there being pretty full ( we popped our heads in after the kite festival . Room very comfortable and nice we had seaview rooms everything in room was spotless .

This is only a gripe due to freak hot weekend...a fan was definitely needed due to safety of window restrictors.

This is the second year we have been, my daughter and Grandson Arthur. The staff are all just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. My daughter has Coeliac disease and is allergic to milk and soy. The Scottish head chef and his deputy went above and beyond with breakfast and evening meal for us. Robbie deserves a special mention as he was brilliant with Arthur and interacts constantly with all the guests. We just had the best time. The pier and beach are just across the road, perfectly placed hotel. Looking forward to next year. Thank you all, kitchen staff, cleaners, bar staff, reception, dining staff and anyone else behind the scenes.

There's very little to not like, the only observation and I can understand perhaps the reason was the pool and pool area were colder than the previous year (still as warm as any public pool) but with the costs of heating and global issues I understand why. Still great to take him swimming for the second time ever and Arthur loved it!

Excellent location close to the town centre and facing the beach with parking on site. Staff were all so helpful and there was the bonus of evening entertainment for the kids which was good fun. Games room for them too. Pool fine, kids enjoyed it. Our room was meant to be in the annexe, which was only revealed after booking and honestly filled me with dread... there is a substandard feeling about being put there or having to pay more not to be. In the end, we didn't see the rooms there to comment as we were given a room in the hotel which was nice, big and surpassed expectations. We were very pleased with it. We only stayed for 1 night but we definitely plan to return as it's a lovely family friendly hotel.

This annexe thing needs clarifying as there isn't really much up to date information and it made me on edge before arriving as I couldn't be sure what to expect.

we liked that the room was a decent size for 4 people. plenty of hanging space for clothes. We liked that the dining room catered for young children. The food has been very nice. The menu is limited but different each day so not an issue. Bar meals were very nice too. Nice size carpark is a big plus. The children really enjoyed having a swim. A visit from the easter bunny was lovely. Our 6yr old grandson has autism and he loved to see the bunny. The little extras we booked for our arrival was very nice too.

There never seemed to be enough room for everybody in the concert room or lounge area. Too many steps to get to our allocated room. Very concerned that the window in our bedroom didn't have any restrictors on it. Not very safe in a family room. We didn't like that the coffee machine was broken and the instant offered wasn't good. The hospitality tray left a lot to be desired. Consisted of a few sachets of instant coffee, a few PG tips tea bags and some sachets of milk. Brown, white sugars and sweetner. No hot chocolate for the kids. As a Deluxe room was booked, I am not surr what the deluxe related too. I would think a small filter coffee machine or Nespresso machine wouldn't be too much to ask for. There was no fridge in the bedroom so I had nowhere to keep my insulin cool.

The restaurant and food were brilliant. The location was great, we had a family room with a sea view and the balcony was huge! Lovely big and very comfy bed. Staff were helpful, especially Thomas who looked after us very well- he was really helpful and kind with nice touches such as remembering drinks orders. The night entertainment was fabulous for kids, as was the little octopus club during the day. Convenient location for Lytham Festival, right on the sea front and close to shops and amenities. Close to the bus stop, so getting back on the Festival flyer was so easy (reception staff is very helpful with bus stop info, too). Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Had brew making facilities and a fan for the warm sleepers. The bathroom had the correct number of fluffy towels for the number of guests in our party, it is slightly dated but in perfectly good working order so no problem. Let's of storage in the room and plenty of mirrors and plug sockets. Breakfast in the dining room the following morning was very good and had everything you could possibly want/need. Will be my first choice Hotel to book for next year. An all-round comfortable stay.

Pleasant staff and most were very friendly, polite and helpful, especially in the restaurant and bar. The food was very tasty. A nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel, which put the guests at ease. Great location across the road from the promenade. The entertainers were good fun! Lovely view from the front of the hotel, and plenty of parking spaces when we stayed.

Could have done with a welcome pack in the room as it took a while to suss out what facilities were on offer and where they were located. The sea view room was a little stuffy in the warm weather.
