Great hotel. We stayed midweek. It might be noisy at weekend perhaps as it is completely in the middle of town. Bed very comfy, room and bathroom, although quite small were spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Breakfast bag was ok. Croissant, yoghurt , apple and juice.

We used their good offer to buy a restaurant voucher to use that night to save £15. good offer, but we paid and we didn't get the voucher. It was fine and the restaurant did end up honouring it, but was a slightly awkward conversation! we also got bombarded with messages and info about check in, facilities, etc. Information overload.

The room had everything we needed for our stay. In fact we’ve stayed in lots of hotels/guest houses/cruise ships and motels all over the world and there was always something missing. But this Mode room got it spot on…⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and the hotel was in a great location.

The stairs were a bit of a problem for me as I’d just been diagnosed with arthritis a couple of days earlier. But I managed as we were only there for two nights. The fan in our room was unplugged but making a ticking noise that wouldn’t stop. So after phoning the number we were given, we were told that put it in the reception area. Luckily we had brought our own. it was a bit strange not to have anyone on duty at the reception..a first for us after many years of traveling. Maybe it’s the way things are going for the future!

Location excellent. Staff member who was cleaning was very helpful and friendly.explained how hotel worked & how to get any additional requirements eg towels, iron etc..very comfortable bed Perfect location. Town centre but very quiet at night.very modern . Breakfast in a bag was good.

We had a " snug " room. No view of anything , including knowing if it was sunny , rainy etc due to frosted window.we d have liked a view. No window in bathroom so felt a bit enclosed. Room was quite hot although fan was provided. We appreciate this isn't the hotels fault

Had trouble getting in as the prominent PIN in the various welcome letters turned out to be for an internet account. The door code was buried in the middle of a load of text in one of them which I eventually found. I’m still trying to acclimatise to driverless hotels. A PIN code and a letter at the top of the stairs followed by a welcome text from a US number seem a poor substitute for a welcoming smile and chat but that’s just me! Four small uht milk cartons doesn’t go far for 2 people for 24 hours. it said there were more behind reception but I could only find a stapler and stationery. The French Apple in the marvellous breakfast jamboree bag was utterly tasteless. Overall we enjoyed it though.

The room was a good size, the bed was massive and comfortable. The room had everything needed for our short stay. Including an ironing board & iron. The breakfast bag was good. Location fantastic. Overall, despite the comments above, I would stay at this hotel again.

The experience of not seeing any receptionist/staff was strange. We stayed in room 207 and the sliding door into the shower room was a nuisance and difficult to open and needs attention. The window blinds were long and the chain for closing the blinds was short, which wasn't ideal for opening/closing. The blinds when closed, still let the light in, thankfully the weather was dull. Something most hotels have is an extremely brightly lit bathroom/shower room, I just wish they had a low level 'night light' for when guests need the loo in the night. While the tea/coffee facilities were good, more milk pods would have been appreciated, four pods is only enough for two brews.

The hotel was right in the centre of Lytham so it was easier to get to everything we needed. The contactless check in was easy and the room was a good size. Bed was very comfy and we got a good night sleep. The fan in the room was a massive help during a heat wave.

Sadly there were a few minor maintenance issue that I did report so hopefully they'll get sorted a d the room was quite as clean as I like, a few cobwebs and sealant in the shower was discoloured.

Everything was of high quality. The bed, the bathroom, the TV. There were lots of little thoughtful things. Such as, umbrellas provided in the room to borrow. Bottle openers provided and a great range of tea and coffees, the TV was set up with an optional sleep timer. Oh and the breakfast bag in the morning was a very nice touch!

Just one small little nitpick - I didn't put the "service my room" tag on my door, but it was serviced anyway. On the bright side, I appreciated it, but I suppose if I had valuables with me I would have been annoyed by this.

Location excellent, rooms were modern and comfortable, access easy. Everything you need for a weekend stay. On the whole very pleased and will book again.

• Sofa bed was not comfortable at all. Matrress needs replacing as metal frame could be felt through it, so was like sleeping on a cage, unfortunately. • Bottled water provided was sparkling only, no still. Would have been nice to at least have one of each. • A small fridge would have been a bonus.

Lovely modern newly renovated hotel & rooms, right in the heart of Lytham Square with all its restaurants, bars & shops, literally on the doorstep. Room was clean & modern, with a walk in shower, beds were really comfy. There was tea/coffee making facilities along with a super quiet fan and a hanging rail and shelf for your clothes. As the hotel is unmanned we only saw the cleaners the morning we were leaving, everything else was done efficiently via email/phone. Really enjoyed our stay and would return.

The only slight negative (and NOT the hotel’s fault), maybe for some would be the noise from the bar at the rear of the hotel into the early hours (we had a room at the back) however we always carry ear plugs as we have learned from previous experiences & travels so was not a problem for us.
