Professional, attentive and kind staff. A special mention for Evangeline on reception who helped magnificently with some complex queries and the housekeeping staff member whose name, unfortunately, I didn’t get, who helped me when I was using the wrong card to try and open my door. But all the staff were brilliant.

A bit of noise travelling from loud conversations in adjacent room and some disconcerting water trickling noise from bathroom that I kept thinking was an overflowing sink but was just water trickling down pipes from sinks in rooms above.

Bed was comfortable although could be a bit bigger for two people. We brought food from the bar that was very nice and well presented. In the morning we had the breakfast (which we pre booked), although this was 16.00 for the both of us (children free) this was very worth the money as there was a big range of food and again very nice/delicious. We were given a bathroom with a bath, which is always a bonus when traveling with children. It is good to let the hotel know if you require extra beds beforehand - this was set up before we arrived

The location was great. The hotel was linked to the training facilities by a hallway. The food that was served was outstanding. The bar area was nice and clean and all members of staff were so helpful. The room was a nice size and had a desk to study at. The shower could be looked at as there are obvious issues in most rooms with the temperature being too hot, even on the lowest setting. Overall a great stay.

...Near third degree burns from the shower. Cold was just about bearable but still way too hot. I've been told this was the same as most rooms

Only ONE disabled parking space close to the main entrance which is ridiculous and meant that on Saturday night l had to park a lengthy walk around the back of the hotel, for some unknown reason you have given the closest disabled parking spaces to EV charging. In my case this is very poor and shows a total lack of thought for disabled people, something l do not expect nowadays….A total deal breaker for me and l will not be back

Great place to stay. The hotel is attached to the management centre so not far to travel to the courses. Food is great, the bar area has separate areas so great for small groups catching up in the evening. The outside areas have tables so you can dine outside if you wanted to in the evenings. Overall a very comfortable place to stay.

The signal for the WiFi hardly reached my room when studying and no phone reception. I found the bed in the morning had a big mould stain on the sheet. I wish I had seen this when I arrived!!!

. The name of this place gave me the impression it would be rather basic but I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern beautifully appointed, well run and very clean hotel. The bar has a good selection of drinks and snacks. We didn't use the restaurant but the self service breakfast was amazing, the best selection I have ever come across. They provide free hot drinks in the rooms and in a public seating area. We stayed just because we needed accommodation in the area but being a lecturer I can also appreciate that this venue would be excellent for training courses or corporate events as they have several meetings/ event rooms here too. Couldn't recommend a place more highly.

My personal preference would be for a slightly firmer bed than we had.

Every thing was very clean, and every one was friendly helpful, food was good in the bar, but the restaurant had privet do's on, so a small menu in the bar, but what we had was good.

The only complaint was we had trouble locating the place!! the directions are so poor, took ages to find! Cranford university, Non signs untill you get there, then very poor. Put us off coming again, shame as its a lovely place to stay, with lovely staff. could do with a map from the m1. we came from Birmingham nightmare! Diane

The staff were excellent, and the food was good, the hotel was excellent. However, the hotel was out of the way and not as advertised as on booking.com. On booking.com, it was advertised as 0.8 miles from Cranfield Village. When we walked it, we walked 2.9 miles to the nearest facilities, i.e., shops, public houses, or reterant.

I was expecting some sort of student accommodation, but this wasn't the case, this is definitely on a par with a good hotel chain. The room had air-con, TV, ensuite with shower above bath, the facilities are very good.

Check in could have been clearer, we followed signs to 'residential reception' car park 3, but go to main reception car park 2. It is just round the corner, so wasn't a big issue though.

Close to the Bowl, which was our reason for staying there. Rooms were well equipped, beds were really comfy, excellent shower and clean. Love the coffee making facilities. There were also lovely outdoor areas to sit and relax.

No concerns with the accomodation. The only problem was with Milton Keynes bowl, as we almost missed the concert, but the staff at Cranfield were extremely helpful and friendly.
