They have 6 rooms all with en-suite shower, wc above the restaurant. They are extremely well sound-proofed. Comfortable beds, teas/herbals in room, along with quality shampoos etc. and a particularly excellent and unexpected addition, an upmarket silent fan. Cereals, milk, bottled water, biscuits and fruit juice are provided for you to serve yourself in your room. We had room 6 which is a twin-bedded room which has a connected room with a single bed and additional matress. Could be used for safe sleeping of children but we used it as a dressing room so gave us much more room at no extra expense. I can recommend that room. We could come and go at any time as the entrance door was operated by code which we were given. After restaurant hours, no one was on the premises until early the next afternoon. So, all in all, it was very quiet even from other guests.

There's plenty of parking outside the venue but it's paid-for. Apart from Sunday & B/Hols which are free, it's 50p per hour from 8am to 6pm including Blue Badge which we were. Here they add an extra hour to what you have paid. Of course you're right in the centre here at Whitchurch so parking everywhere is controlled but my beef isn't the cost so much but having to get out at 8am to feed the blessed meter ! I reckon Reubens Rooms could or should negotiate with the Town Council some kind of dispensation to show a voucher in the car at least for the first hour of the day so can have one's breakfast in peace or even a lie-in ?

Very comfortable bed, cereal, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits/water in the bedroom a nice touch. Also a small basket at the top of the stairs filled with pastries and cereal bars and various tea's etc. Spacious room in a lovely area of the town, the bar downstairs serve one of the best burgers i think i've ever tasted.

The room itself was very very hot, turned the radiator off and it was still very warm, had the window open all night and turned the fan on in the morning. Also the bathroom floor tiles were a little loose and a flickering light in the bathroom. Other than that, fine.

Good location for a wedding we were attending nearby, had a meal downstairs which was great, good service and facilities, lovely rooms with comfortable beds. no breakfast as such, but boxes of cereals in the rooms along with tea and coffee, on the landing you can refill with cereal bars etc, with extra milk and water in the fridge. There was also a iron and ironing board on the landing. I had bought my own iron as on stays at other hotels the iron sole plates were dirty, but this iron was immaculately clean. Slight issues with the noisy plumbing but not a deal breaker, would definitely stay here again if in the area

Issues with the access through the door as it was sticking, we left the wedding reception early so we could get back before the pub closed as we were worried about being locked out.

Stayed now on 2 occasions and both were nice experiences, lovely staff, quick service, food ok mainly burgers and plenty of choices on the menu with reasonable prices. Rooms are well equipped with all you need for short stay ,good selection of hot drinks on the rooms. Extra water and milk and more hot drinks if needed in the hallway to help yourself + snacks. Parking in front but it is pay & display with time and day exceptions ( free on Sunday, free past 6pm)

Great idea with eatery below and rooms upstairs. Very modern and big room just for me. Staff very helpful. Good communication form Nina before arrival. Nice kettle and little treats 🍪! Comfy bed and fan too. Parking across road - payable by app, card or cash. Right near town for shops- Tesco etc

A bit noisey as in centre of town at the weekend. 🎶 Didn’t bother me but if it does just bring ear plugs.

Conveniently located if you are in need of staying in Whitchurch. Great selection of Burger menu ar the Reubens restaurant and cooking hours are handy if you are late arrival and hungry. Food not overpriced. Rooms are just what you need and packed with selection of hot drinks, snacks ,cereal etc Parking across the street, within a few steps reach just check as iys pay and display exept Sunday. Restaurant staff was lovely .

The room was good value. The fridge was well stocked on the first night but on the second it was empty. This was not the fault of the staff but, rather, other guests. Although the parking involved payment it was very cheap and was free on a Sunday. I would recommend staying there, just not above the kitchen.

We were above the kitchen which meant the room was excessively hot on a warm couple of days.

It's exceptionally clean and has a really nice feel. The rooms are large and comfortable. There's cereal and milk available along with breakfast bars if you need a morning snack. Chilled water available in the fridge along with bottled water in the rooms. Great tea and coffee facilities with biscuits and a huge selection of teas. The location is great, right above a nice restaurant but you can't hear anything in the rooms. The town is literally seconds away.

Nothing negative to say.

The instructions on how to access the accommodation were excellent, even though nobody was there it felt welcoming. The location is ideal for our visit. The snacks provided were lovely. It's very clean and comfortable, and we slept well.

A more varied choice of cereals would be better. Would have liked individual size butter or jam for the croissants that were provided.

Access to Hotel good from car park, not expensive to leave car overnight.Staff very efficient and greeted us well.

Our Ford Kuga was damaged very badly in car park, although we did not see accident, we know a white van was parked in corner behind us, we can only assume it was tight getting the van out of car park, damaged front passenger wheel arch badly leaving lots of white paint scuffs etc.
