Days Inn Peterborough

Clean and comfortable so all I need for an overnight stopover for work.

Rooms are not ‘serviced’ daily and this seems to have become the norm since Covid. Nevertheless, my room had clearly been accessed during the day but why? As they do not empty bins, make beds etc. daily, why would someone access the room? Maybe they turn the thermostat down to save fuel/money.

staff were lovely with positive attitudes and let me know about the nearby facilities and great services nearby, there was a complex where you could buy food which was nice and a petrol station too

the water in my sink took a while to drain properly but that is my only complaint everything else was perfect

How quiet it was considering where it was

Being unable to have a shower. Booked an accessible room. Instead of a shower I was supposed to try and clamber over the side of the bath to get a shower. If I was that able I wouldn't have booked an accessible room!

Large clean rooms, excellent for a night stop on the way to north Norfolk. Excellent shower. comfortable beds. Breakfast box was really good. We will stay again. next to facilities .

The staffs at the reception, i was standing at the reception for time before they sorted me out took time⁴

I had a very good stay, room was clean, bed was comfortable and clean and location is very good. Liked being upstairs, as It meant I could leave my window ajar at night to keep cool. Staff are helpful and polite. Again, the large, clean food hall next door has many food outlets and lots of seating and clean tables. Free parking - always a bonus.

Nothing to say here except other visitors on last night of stay we’re going in and out of corridor door by my room at midnight-ish and were a bit noisy.

I'm not happy arrived to your hotel last night after work the sections lady Dr was rude and ignorant telling me I can't pay cash and I paid every night in cash I have to pay by bank transfer bank card I won't a problem but the room she gave me somebody else's room another lady come out out of the room start shouting at me why I'm a half tired 1-hour fault who was the receptionist lady we went to the bottom of Jackie speak to the lady on the couch as she was rude and ignorant to both of us give the lady her name to complain who wants there on the lady I'd like to come round our room at 12 at night this should never would have happened if she didn't argue with the lady earlier in the day I found out bayou section section this but the ring she gave me it was fine but you should give me another room half price or for free for a night I've been using your hotels for last year and a bit and I don't think it's fair thank you

Location excellent shower excellent but not private if you just wanted a wash Always hot water bedding clean and able to adjust heating as very cold weather

More privacy if you just wanted a wash as you could be viewed from someone in bed when bedside lights on they shone on tv screen we always bring torches to read so as not to wake partner It’s would be nice to have a beaker to put toothbrush in otherwise I would rate this Days Away as we asked for ground floor room as disabled Very quiet and convenience of services next door Free parking for residents of Days on their c/park

Conveniently located close the A1(M) and the East of England Showground, where we were attending an event. The room was clean and spacious enough to keep both of our bikes in without tripping over them.

Slightly odd arrangement of the washing facilities, with the hand basin not in the same room as the shower and toilet. Not a big deal. Also, no hot food in the hotel so the only option for an early breakfast was the McDonald’s next door. Again, not a huge deal for us but others might find this a problem.
