Lost Guest House Peterhead

The only thing was the stairs witch is not there fault I forgot to tell them about my illnesses and that I need to ground floor so the stairs where a killer but like I said that not on them I think if I let them no thay probably wohave given me a different room I bit see the lady and she was a very nice lady I'd definitely stay again the pictures I add is me in the hotel room I did actually take a picture of the hotel wish I had tho and there a picture of the see

I loved everything and this hotel it feel very good we near the sea 🌊 and to come out side and it be right there is a very good feeling I can't fault this hotel

The bed was very comfortable. There were really good quality linen, bedsheet and towels. Good, strong equipment in shower made me feeling great. Heating in the room, excellent as well. Staff, very good also. Everyday, like clockwork they were there to clean my room. This only happened once though since I was asleep when they entered. I encountered 2 members of staff. The morning breakfast and cleaning lady as well, was polite to tell me what they had in the menu and what they were missing, pointing out to me that Continental is always an option. Soon after knocked on my door and replaced my towels and bath mat. Overall it was value for money, which is what I am after.

The toilet was cracked. Not referring to the toilet seat, the actual porcelain. Only reason, I am giving a rate of 9 and not 10.

The location was great as it was close to where I had to be that night and the eateries were close by aswell. The room was spacious and clean with the double bed being comfortable. I was met by the receptionist after pressing the buzzer who was extremely helpful answering all my queries. The shower was nice and hot along with being clean. Would definitely come back again , this is the second time there and both times had nothing to complain about.

There was nothing I didn't like about the Lost Guest house.

The guest house has a good amount of on street parking outside and it was close to town, we had a wander and easily found shops, weatherspoons and a lovely vegan bakery! The room was clean and had lots of room. We had access to a microwave downstairs as well as extras for our own tea and coffee facilities. We needed access to a fridge for medicine and when we contacted them to ask, we were catered for quickly and the lady was so helpful!

we couldn’t fill our kettle in the tiny sink so had to take it downstairs but this wasn’t really an issue for us. and we had a little trouble with the shower but once we found a knack to it, it was ok.

centrally located, close to the harbour & town centre, parking space always available, room was spacious and had plenty of making facilities, lovely and fulfilling breakfast and really nice garden to sit outside, warm and friendly staff made for an enjoyable stay

only downside was that the sink in the bathroom wasn't exactly big enough to fill the kettle in, and we could sometimes hear a dripping in the toilet

Small room 3 ground floor, easy to heat. Book out 1100 & breakfast bookable. Larger TV than normal for single room. Near to pub/hotel. Shower, sink & toilet separate from bed. Moveable bed, folding chair & lamp. Powerful shower. Tea,Coffee,Milk,Sugar,Iron help yourself. Microwave shared. 4x sockets for electricals.

Kettle fixed to one socket. Stained mattress, mattress cover & 1pillow. Bed is not moved to hoover. No bedside unit, even bamboo would do. You hear folk outside window, ground level. Need to book a double if need room for online work.

Breakfast lovely at 0830 Saturday. Iron and board in lobby. Comfy double bed to myself. Hitachi TV with Jack Headset socket to watch late programmes. Easy intercom check in. 1100hours departure. En Suite.

It was all noise related. Room 3 next to main door and route to canteen. I could hear room 2 talking on phone. Extractor fan noisy for others so left light off at late hours Upstairs bathroom sounded noisy. Cold tap noisy I stay in a top floor flat and never hear anything at home.

A very enjoyable and comfortable stay in Lost Guest House.Very good and helpful hosts Eve and Nisa who were very nice and cooked excellent Scottish breakfast in the morning,bacon,eggs,beans and pork sausages.The breakfast set me up well for the day.

TV reception sometimes unreliable,but always helpfully restored by Eve and Nisa.

Central location. Sadly the town is on a sleepy side. But that made it a quiet night. Bed on a harder side, for me, that was great.

We had to ring in a few times before we were let in. It's not that we didn't like it, it's more a notice. We reserved small room, which is really small and it worked for or us. We were only overnight guests. But if you plan to stay a day or more longer, I woul recommend bigger room. Also, shower small, not much moving around space.

Amazing value for money. Comfortable large room with a bigger than expected ensuite which contained a nice powerful shower. Room was always warm. There is a comunal microwave available which is great for a quick bite and it was always spotless.

I was in Room 2 and the WiFi was non existent which was disappointing as had no signal on my phone. This room was at the fron of the property which is near to dock/harbour so was woken up by seagulls every morning between 3am-4am. If you are a light sleeper, this may be a problem
