The place was immaculate and had a staff person readily at hand at the door to help with entry, checkin, etc. It was well appointed with nice furniture, dishes, bed, couch, etc. Instructions were very clear. Everything worked, especially the heat! After 2 weeks in the UK in Jan and finding every rental borderline cold, this was nice. There wasn't really a breakfast, though it was a nice touch to have a few boxes of granola/muesli, milk, and instant coffee/tea in the kitchen when I arrived. They weren't replenished but possibly if I'd asked they would have been. Also, I sent a question about the towel warming rack and it was answered quickly.

No real complaints. Perhaps the windows could have a had a blackout curtain but the blinds kept them pretty dark at night (with streetlights behind the unit some light filtered in).

Centrally located in Reading which was good for transport, shopping and restaurants. Freindly staff and easy access to the apartment. Room was spacious and the arrival pack was a bonus for a nice cuppa!

Bathroom was in need of some repairs; has previously had leaks in the shower unit. Whilst it was functional, it looked rough. Needed more shelving or a cupboard under the sink for toiletries. Kitchen worktop is in need of replacement around the sink/cooker top.

Fantastic stay here. Great location, excellent facilities, a great welcome pack, friendly staff. We will definitely use here again. :)

The location was excellent for the centre of Reading and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment was large and airy with reasonable views of Reading Gaol. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep.

The apartment was rather hot and the airconditioning unit was directly above the bed. We found it difficult to get a comfortable temperature.

ultimate cleanliness. Very good size. Full kitchen and living area It has a very efficient A/C system 24 hours reception

Limited parking spaces but there are other parking(s) nearby. and there is a loading space Very minor remark. The bathroom shower mixer has a short hose and the temperature varies considerably while taking a shower.

The property was in a good central location, it had its own car park. The apartment room was a good size with all the things you’d need.

Room was a little tired and in need of a refresh (some paint peeling, vinyl in bathroom was lifting, worktops were bleached).

The apartment is very centric and spacious. Walking distance from Reading station. The kitchen is full equipped. I enjoyed the welcome pack.

The WiFi signal was not strong enough. You needed to find the right spot in the apartment.

Good location and great sized rooms and amenities. Comfortable bed and pillows

Could have a larger fridge. Some of the pans and cooking utensils weren't in the best condition but staff replaced them if I asked so it was not a problem. The glass screen in the shower isn't long enough so usually the floor gets wet when you shower

Good location and gorgeous little apartment. Manned front desk 24hrs a day, lifts to each floor with on site gym available. Parking was available via reservation and priced reasonably. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place if you want the experience of actually living in the area short term rather than just staying

Only issue was the alarm wasn’t working but other than that it was perfect

Staff were excellent, attentive, courteous and responded immediately to any problem (eg access to safe...)
