Gothenburg Hotel

The room was lovely, staff were very friendly and professional.

Noise from locals outside, screaming and shouting, singing and fighting

Good basic overnight hotel if you have booked a cruise at the Rosyth terminal. Decent room, nice and clean. They allowed us to wait in the hotel the following day before our departure. Friendly staff.

No breakfast available. Rooms are on the top floor up several flights of stairs so difficult lugging up suitcases although staff did offer to store the cases in the ground floor office. None of this really bothered us but just be aware.

Great Staff nice food and friendly lounge and bar

The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent and the staff more than helpful. I had a very good meal (sea bass) even though I arrived rather close to closing time. Much appreciated!

Breakfast was not available early enough for me. I had to be elsewhere by the time it was served. Shared bathroom is not ideal, but was spotlessly clean - and was of course known in advance and part of the reason for the low price.

Was really impressed with this little gem. It was half the price of other corporate hotels was clean and welcoming. Staff very friendly and had really nice Italian at hotel 20% off for guests. So impressed. Nice stay, good sleep and free parking. 15mins from airport.

Big room A set for coffee or tee Nice people

The only disandvantage is the shower/toilet. It is a single room for both ladies and gents for the whole floor (about 6 rooms?). You should be aware of this. Otherwise it is OK. The shower is very difficult to set up - it switched between too hot and too cold.

The hotel was relatively convenient to the Fife Coastal Path which was my planned activity. It was very close to bus stops for arriving and departing to the path. My room was very comfortable.

The internet was non-existent in my room so I had to go down to the lounge and sit there to do anything with wifi

Very clean, newly decorated room, very clean and comfortable. Nice bed linen, towels, shower etc. Good sized tv. Very basic decor (ie white!) but superb budget stay. Had en-suite room but tbh the bathroom would have been fine to share - big and clean! Perfect location for visiting my family. Had a lovely Italian meal one evening for me and my family.

Nothing really, as stated, basic facilities but good for price

the room we got was nice and clean; it was not an issue to check-in after the official hours; the hotel is not that far from the airport which makes it convenient to get there;

the bathroom was a bit clocked when we got there and the showerhead got out of the wall at some point, but other than that everything was great

i liked that it had a bar so i could get a drink. i also liked that there was a takeaway there as well.

there was no tv remote in my room and even though i asked about it still did not get one.
