A little unusual in that the location is either side of a road in a housing estate, do not let that put you off, it is a great find, very clean, very welcoming and plenty of parking. Local restaurants and shops within walking distance. A practical find for the airport, around Windsor, I used it for an event at dorney lake. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, again welcoming and friendly staff and really clean. Absolutely no complaints.

Only one small complaint was the curtain, needed a curtain hook replacing, I did not say anything as it was quite late when I noticed.

We were traveling for several days with the 2 children by car. So good breakfast and the safety parking were important for me. We received really good breakfast - excellent coffee, full English breakfast, treats, juices, fruits. Also I was surprised, the staff cleaned our room next day, it was unexpected and great. Parking was closed, behind the hotel, I could see it through the window. It's also a positive moment.

We didn't find a hair dryer in the room 🥹. Unfortunately, we lost it at home. Water in the shower was warm not hot, but in the tap it was hot.

Good location for our theme park trips Thorpe Park and Lego land 20 minutes to Thorpe and Lego land from the lodge clean and tidy good beds and nice rooms the manager was also very helpful too. quite stay apart from one crying baby but as we have all been there can’t say nothing about that. Parking available at both sites but a little tight getting in and out with more room on the right side of the road coming from the main road The main road as lots of great places to eat too which is a bonus

The breakfast was good 8/10 but with a few service issues. We had to ask for just about everything, we did come down for breakfast about 8 8.30 on both days the staff didn’t seem to attentive when it came to the basics of restocking the buffet breakfast things milk bread butter and juice’s the toaster to could’ve been a lot better with only one side of it working just!!! you had to hold the other side down for it to work at all then it only toasted one side of the bread and the amount of rooms and guests could be problematic to say least and on the day of our stay we where cleaned up around instead of them waiting till we had finished

The hotel owner/manager was very helpful when we did not know what time we would be getting there due to the Windsor horse show running late, he arranged for us to pick the keys up off the night porter. The breakfast was lovely, the hotel was clean, the only issue we had was one of the rooms was cold due to the radiator not working. Because of the time we checked in we didn't feel we wanted to cause a fuss, so this was our fault it wasn't resolved It took about 15 minutes from Windsor and was easy to find, it had a car park and was an excellent base to visit local attractions. Would highly recommend.

The manager Jay was very friendly and helpful. So are all the rest of the staff I met, Ahmed, the night duty manager, the two housekeeping ladies and the two ladies that made breakfast for me during my entire 27-night stay. My room was very clean, and cozy and had a separate bathroom. I also noticed that the public loo, bath room and shower room were very clean and tidy as well. The location of the lodge is fairly good because there are a convenience store and a bus stop right next to it, and it is just a few minutes away from the street where you can find plenty of restaurants.

I guess the only downside of my experience was that the bandwidth of the internet would become slower in the evening when there were more people using it. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

It is not a short distance from the station on foot , more like 30mn , which is all right when it's not raining and if you haven't got any luggage, and if course if your walking is ok but there is a bus that I took on the way back , number 7 and it does go to the station on to terminal 5 Heathrow. Everything else is very good to me , from the arrival and explanations, to the friendly welcome and personnel, room clean with generous provision of soaps, loo paper, teas ans coffee with a kettle, comfortable bed and pillows, and excellent breakfast.thank you !

Excellent Stay Jay - the manager was particularly helpful Breakfast very good - I just had the standard which was more than adequate but others asked for specifics, e.g 2 sausages instead on 1 etc - all of which were provided) Room clean and comfortable - This is a small hotel rather than a large corporate so if you want a standard room where they all look the same go and book one of those. I chose the single option with use of shared toilet and shower across the corridor. There are actually several showers and WCs so not issues with queuing etc

One of the shower doors didn't close tightly so water leaked onto floor, one of the others the shower head was not adjustable (you had to take it out of the bracket to move it around). Both more than offset by lots of hot water and good pressure

The room and bathroom was lovely and clean. Great value for being near London. Not far from the train station to get into London only took about 30 minutes. Eating places nearby KFC and M also large Tesco not far away. A shop literally next door. Was handy for Windsor racecourse which is why we chose it. Lovely full breakfast also choice of the usual cereal etc., But the staff were all very friendly. Nice guy on reception when you arrive also nice guy on the night shift really pleasant. Parking great behind the B & B and was locked at night time. Would definitely go again if need be.

This was jewel of a place to stay. It was clean and spacious, with staff being very helpful. It had a car park that was secure at the back. The rooms had everything you needed.

The breakfast was good, apart from the bacon which was over cooked both mornings so my granddaughter didn’t eat a hot meal. Her favourite breakfast is a bacon sandwich. However, the buffet selection was excellent and this made up for it. Thank you

Very friendly staff. Parking available on site. Very lovely breakfast with good options. Person in charge of the B and B will liaise with you beforehand to ensure you have a safe, easy check in up on your arrival. Comfy bed. Warm shower. All in all would stay here again and also recommend others to as well.

A faint smell of smoke in my en suite - not the fault of the property but could tell some idiotic previous patron ignored the non-smoking rule.
