Wns Southend -on-Sea

Our sea view and balcony were amazing. There's a fridge in every room which isn't mentioned on the website. Such a bonus and should be advertised! Also tea/coffee/milk supplied. And they have WiFi which again they don't advertise. Spotlessly clean room. Bags were brought up for us.

Lack of breakfast included. Not a problem as this is stated but it is a bit expensive for a room only. Possibly some local details of area and places to visit could be available. Definitely some local taxi numbers would be an advantage.

Fantastic location, right on the beach. The area around the hotel is very nice, several cafes / restaurants for breakfast and dinner, off license shop about 7 min walk. There is also a very nice park with large playground nearby. The beach is not overcrowded (like other areas in Southend), very enjoyable. Our room was on the ground floor but we still could see the sea :) the room has nice furniture, fridge, bathroom has toiletries, everything looks new. Staff very nice and helpful.

No air conditioning- the fan was provided but wasn’t enough for 3 people during the heatwave..

Room was very clean, sea view was amazing, loved the balcony which had room for us to sit out on, very good shower which even had its own sea view. Was very hot weather when we stayed but room had a fan provided so stayed nice and cool. Large tv, host was very friendlyl when we arrived and saw us up to our room. Even though location is directly on the seafront we did not hear the traffic once balcony doors were closed which was good and for those interested in parking, it's street parking out the front which is free of charge. The only thing I would mark this room down on was that the mattress was extremely firm but that's only down to personal preference.

From the beginning of the booking, everything was very straightforward and easy to operate. The staff were very quick to communicate and answer any questions I had. Upon arrival, my room was ready early so I was able to prepare the room for my partners surprise and was even able to upgrade to a bigger sea view room with a balcony. The hotel is in the perfect location along the pier with a few nice restaurants and ample parking space. We stayed for 2 nights and would love to come back again.

booked a room with on suite for the night - it was clean and nice and with tea/ coffee facilities in the room ,including towels and sample gels .plus large TV , The room served our purpose - on our late arrival, the room was quite cold - cold evening , on the sea front - it would have been nice for the heating to be put on in the room prior to guest arrivals, did it ourselves , took a few hours to warm the room, A spare top blanket would have helped . Hotel dose not have a lounge area just a reception desk, very quiet area peaceful area. overall stay very nice - staff member very polite managed to park directly outside / street parking. we would book again thank you

ALL OK NICE PLACE

My beachfront room had a balcony with uninterrupted view of the sea. Amir who I believe was the person that checked me in was lovely and really wanted to give the best service. The room was clean and the TV had its own Netflix and Prime accounts. Also loved the fact that there Room 111 had a transparent little window in the shower overlooking the balcony which gave me views of the sea as I showered - very calming and relaxing. Perfectly located with great restaurants nearby.

I was right on the top floor which made sense because of the balcony but the steps were very steep. Also WIFI wasn’t working for the entirety of my stay and it couldn’t be fixed so I had to purchase a 24hr BT WIFI pass to stay connected.

Great position on the sea front away from the madness of Southend. Very clean. We had the double suite with balcony, the room also contained a brand new fridge. The balcony was huge & contained a swing seat plus 2 armchairs. Room also contained a sofa & armchairs which were lovely. Bathroom was immaculate with a great shower. elderly mum had double with sea view on the ground floor which was also very clean with great bathroom and other facilities.

no kitchen for breakfast -we knew before booking so was not an issue. good place for breakfast a five minute walk away.

Parking was easy nearby. There was a proper reception area and the host was available immediately. He showed us to the room, which was very good, surprisingly spacious and with modern furnishings. Lovely bathroom. We would definitely book this accommodation again.

Although the heating was on all the time, there was a small window which did not close properly and at night we were very cold. We would not have been bothered by an open window if the bedding had been warmer - it was a very thin duvet for wintertime. However, when we spoke to the host the next morning, he was so concerned and apologetic. He provided us with an additional duvet, fresh towels and supplies of extra milk - he couldn't have been more helpful.

When I first arrived I was greeted in a pleasant manner by the Hotel Staff member. He showed me to my room and asked if I needed the hotel wifi details which I really appreciated but, I was happy that they had good coverage for my unlimited data(some hotel do not have good data coverage) I was very happy with the Cleanliness of the room as this is what I look out first with hotels There was no-one around at Reception in the morning to ask for an iron, and so I improvised by using the hair dryer provided in the room (a nice touch) it done a pretty good job on my 2 clothing items but, would be nice to have an iron in the room especially as no-one around until after a certain Time . I checked out at 08:35am and put my key into the key box on the Reception desk. The lights were still off and no sign of anyone. It was a very pleasant stay and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing to dislike other than it would be nice to have an iron available in the room.

it was clean and comfortable service was impeccable Amir was kind very professional and extremely helpful in every way. I puts himself out just to please a quality rarely experienced by anyone. The extended stay was down to the homely and comfortable hotel I will always arrange my stay around the available of this hotel. I rate this 10/10 I wish I could give more. Thank you

what I like about the property is it’s locality easy access to restaurants shops and town a brilliant place to stay I strongly recommend it Amir you made my stay wonderful.
