We absolutely loved our stay! The room was immaculate- possibly the cleanest hotel/ B&B I’ve stayed at. My pictures really don’t do it justice! We were visiting my friends about 15 minutes away, so we didn’t have a look around the area, but there was parking right outside which was very handy. The rooms come with a good breakfast section, including a mini fridge with milk, yogurts & cheese/ham, and there was a ceiling fan too which was great in the hot weather! The bathroom was also immaculate, with a large walk in shower. The beds were firm, but very comfy, and such quiet rooms too! We will definitely stay again next time we visit the area😊

There was free wifi, however the connection wasn’t the best in our room- other than that it was perfect!

the bed was far too soft and a small double. lots of cushions but only one pillow each. would’ve preferred a firmer bed and pillows. it’s quite noisy from the cocktail bar across the road but this didn’t bother us as we were out for most of the evening and it did seem to close up before midnight parking available but unfortunately it’s used by the restaurant customers so never could park there when returning in the evening.

A very nice hotel, the room was comfortable well fitted out and clean, with parking facilities just across the road. I would imagine that on a nice summers’ day the view from the terrace whilst having a drink or a meal and looking out over the lowlands to the South over Sheppey and to the estuary would be quite exceptional. The hosts were exceptionally helpful even to the point offering to running me too and from the wake I was attending due to a lack of available taxes, a truly unexpected and exceptional service, I'm particularly grateful for the return journey at 10pm at night. The full English breakfast complete with coffee press was just what the doctor ordered and was served in the restaurant downstairs by very polite staff with a very good ask and you shall receive attitude.

What a beautiful place to stay. Our room was tasteful, immaculately clean and so comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful too and we had a delicious meal. Georgette greeted us and was so warm and helpful. Lovely to see such a high quality place to stay on the island.

The breakfast was lovely and everything had been thought of. There was nothing more you could want in a continental breakfast. The location was convenient for a short walk to the seafront. Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated and comfortable.

It was really lovely, clean and the facilities were good.

We found it a little bit tricky to find how to get into the property (although the host had tried their best with the instructions, we just weren’t great at following them!)

Excellent service. Very clean.

You have to be aware of noisy cars throughout the night driving past . I was suprised for such an isolated spot. This has nothing to do with accommodation that was excellent but might help if you are a light sleeper.

Location near small village with takeaway shops. Lovely property with excellant hosts who would and did go out of their way for us. Beautiful large room with very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Hope to return some time.

No downsides for us !

The room was beautiful, superb cleanliness and great location, but without any doubt it was Mark, the host, who made my time in Banks Bead & Breakfast the best of the experiences. Thanks Mark for making me feel like home!
