Anne and Col were VERY welcoming. We felt at home from the minute we arrived. Lovely couple, friendly, accommodating and excellent hosts for our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Our en suite bathroom and bedroom was very clean. Bedroom was very comfortable and clean, lovely decor, comfy bed and bedding. Great facilities including tea/coffee making facilities in our room, hairdryer, guest fridge and toaster in separate kitchenette. Breakfast was cooked to order, cooked fresh by Col. Food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection and not greasy at all.Anne and Col were very friendly during breakfast and this made our stay all the better. I would definitely recommend staying here! Mr & Mrs Dunton.

Not what I expected in a way. It was a farmhouse at one time many years ago but I expected it to be in the middle of the countryside.with chickens outside but It is now right in the middle of houses, factories, shops etc which I dont think were there when it was built. The couple who owned it were very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The room we had was very big. Bathroom was also huge with a fantastic power shower. It was really hot when we were there but we were given a fan which was great.

If it had been out in the country then it would have been perfect. But it probably at one time many years ago.

The proprietress, Anne, went out of her way to help us when we had an issue with lost car keys. We had attended a family lunch in Driffield about 8 miles away and my brother left his car keys there by accident when his car was parked at the B & B . When we arrived in the evening we had no car to use so, my wife being disabled, Anne very kindly drove us to a local pub for supper. The next day she drove us to Driffield to collect my car and we were able to drive back to the B& B to collect my brothers car. She refused payment for the 2 journies. What a friendly, caring and good hostess!

What a long list! - the house was spotlessly clean, airy and fresh. We liked the decor throughout, which was modern and seemed recent, and the bedlinen and towels were new. Our hosts were hospitable, welcoming and thoughtful, and Colin cooks an excellent full English breakfast! A good range of cereals and jams to choose from. The check-in /checkout processes were straightforward, and checkout time was more generous than most (until midday). Parking is free and in a small courtyard directly in front of the house. I'm sure I could add more!

There was very little to dislike about our stay at Brewery Farm House B & B - the only inconvenience, and it was minor, was that our room was quite small, with little storage space - just one small wardrobe, and no drawer space other than bedside tables. We had to use our cases for all folded items. Other rooms may be larger. The property is situated next to a busy road, so there can be traffic noise, but this is largely muffled by the thick walls of the house, and the curtains and blackout blinds in the room.

We enjoyed an absolutely lovely stay with Anne and Col. The accommodations were spotless, and our room was spacious and cozy with a comfortable bed, television, and even tea. Parking on property made our stay there very easy. Our breakfast was delicious and was homemade to order. Anne and Col have worked hard to create an atmosphere where guests feel right at home. It takes hard work to make a B&B this warm and inviting. We will be back someday.

The hosts were very welcoming and the B and B is ideally situated as we were coming back from the rugby in Cardiff and the next day we were going home to Milton Keynes. We slept very well as the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the shower was hot. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and good quality food was used ( not cheap beans!)and it was HOT and delicious....one of the best we have eaten! Thankyou and we are glad we found this little gem, as we would use again.

Absolutely perfect. The room was so comfortable and lovely. Really quiet and peaceful. Made me a pack lunch every day. I’m a really fussy eater and they made exactly what I wanted every day. Really nice and friendly people who make you feel welcome. Was absolutely perfect couldn’t of asked for any better

Nothing could be improved was amazing

My wife and I plus a friend were taking part in a local Triathlon and needed somewhere safe and secure for our bikes. Ann was exceptional and made sure we had everything we needed for breakfast and provided us with a packed lunch when we returned from the event, even leaving our room open to us so we could shower before leaving. Ideally placed for us, very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to recommend for value for money, quality, cleanliness and friendliness.

Hosts were lovely people, both friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size and bed very comfortable, everything provided to make an overnight stay pleasant. Location was easy enough to find and convenient for me with plenty of parking for guests on site. Breakfast was super with lots of choice and plenty to eat.

The full English breakfast was excellent and served with a friendly smile from the hostess. The chef, also the host, was a friendly and likable chap. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The best b and b I've ever stayed in Definitely recommend it.

The place cannot be improved. Perfection.
