We went as a large group and all fit really comfortably into the apartments. The location was amazing having the high street less than a minutes walk away and same for the harbour. Staff were excellent with communication and getting us all booked in and helping us with anything. Parking was super helpful to have. Beds were amazingly comfortable best sleep ever. Good wifi and tv access. All round amazing stay.

The only issue we found was the road has lots of buses and lorry’s coming up and down and therefore could be loud during the night and the buildings did shake a little bit not massively.

Great location minutes from the beach and minutes from shops and restaurants.. Large, light airy rooms. Both rooms in the split level appartment are en suite with a modern bathroom. Bed very comfy.

The road outside is busy with heavy buses and trucks which cause the house to shake. Not a problem during the day as we were out for a wedding, but the buses/trucks do start going down the road from 6am so that did wake us up early. This is not the owners fault though. The council need to add speed bumps or prevent large buses/trucks from using the road which would help.

The apartment was very close to the beach and eating places. No driving required which was a bonus.

The worst thing was the traffic outside. Every time a bus or large goods vehicle went pass the whole building shook, believe me it really did shake. As it is a one way system people used it to rat race through, there is also a huge pothole in the road outside which made it worse, I realise that is up to the council to rectify. We were woken every morning around 4am with the start of tne traffic. There needs to be a full size mirror in the apartment and more shelving in the bathroom no hooks for towels etc.

Fantastic location right in the middle of Whitstable with easy access to all of the shops, bars and restaurants and also very close to the seafront. The apartment was spacious and clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided with lovely biscuits! Car parking is right beneath the apartment and is free for the duration of the stay.

The road outside the window was busy with buses and trucks so it was noisy through the night, which didn't matter so much for a one-night stay, but may be more of a problem if you intend to stay for a few days.

The property was bright and airy and incredibly clean upon arrival. The mini fridge was stocked with water and juice and there were tea and coffee making facilities on both floors with ample wardrobe space. The location was fantastic, just 2 minutes walk to the sea front and next to a lot of restaurants. There’s an allocated parking space which was much appreciated. Check in is at the Hotel Continental where the staff were lovely.

The only feedback I can think of was that the top floor was very stuffy and the windows don’t open very far. I think it’d benefit from a fan at this time of year

this property is in a great location & is bright and clean! comes with a parking space for the car which is super handy.

only thing for me personally would be small mirror in cupboard could do with a full length mirror, wasn’t a fan of plugging hair rings in and using the bathroom mirror but this is personal preference. and as other people have said you can hear the cars as it is quiet a busy through road but we stayed for 1 night so wasn’t much of a fuss.

Absolutely beautiful stay. lovely bedding and high quality towels make for a great stay. Drink facilities are good. Super comfortable bed. Really great if your meeting family or friends in town and the added bonus of parking makes for piece of mind.

Cupboard under the stairs had no switch and no sensor? the light stayed on the whole time we were there? Not a problem just conscious of electric bill? could do with mugs for tea, hot chocolate etc

everything! the property is stunning and met my needs. it was amazing to wake up and see the see from the bed! very comfortable and cosy. the smart tv was fully loaded! I particularly liked the lady and young man on reception when I checked in. I was stressed out and sleep deprived and they definitely helped me start to relax.

it was perfect to me.. no complaints and i would recommend to anyone!

The place was lovely, clean and modern, very comfortable bed and fantastic shower The place was spotless, check in was good and parking was great, great location, close to everything

The Internet was a little intermittent There could be a door or partition downstairs before you come up, as the light from the front door was bright and could feel a little draft

the space, comfort, shower, parking, EV point, cleanliness all good. The description was accurate - it's on the main road and the traffic noise is very clearly warned about

No shampoo, and as we've stayed before, we knew to expect some so didn't pack any! the twin beds weren't the same height so a bit of a bump Net curtains would be good so you can wander about not fully dressed with out having to shut the curtains.
