The location was incredible, so close to the sea and to the high street with restaurants and shops. The Warehouse Cottages were modern and spotlessly clean with character and interesting features. For those who drive, they also had a parking space available, including EV chargepoint

The description on Booking.com was very confusing. The Fisherman's Huts and Warehouse Cottages are different sets of buildings in slightly different places. I also didn't realise that I needed to go to the Hotel Continental to pick up the keys and check in - this was fine but others in different circumstances might struggle. While overall the Warehouse Cottages were excellent, worth noting that the rooms did get very hot in the sun and that the toilet seats were weirdly small/flimsy

The location with parking was an amazing feature of this property. Right in the heart of everything was another bonus . Very clean and comfortable with good shower facilities .

Stairs a little steep and potentially dangerous with young children. No Nespresso machine - just a kettle . No mirror in the upstairs bathroom Would have preferred a small area for making a breakfast and sitting...only really outside seating with no table so having a glass of wine etc before going out a bit tricky. Burglar alarm in downstairs bedroom kept flashing all night which was very distracting for sleeping

The location was excellent. Right on the seafront and within reach to enjoy the amenities in Whitstable. The apartment was clean and fairly well presented.

The property was advertised as an apartment but the room was a bit sparse. There was only one chair in the apartment and no small table to use for food or drinks. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle and some tea and coffee but the rooms were not serviced and it is down to the customer to request additional supplies. Overall, it felt like being in a reasonable hotel room, without having access to the facilities of a hotel.

The hut was very well decorated and comfortable. Having a parking space was a very big plus point. It was great having access to Netflix as well. The automatic roof light and shade and good quality black out curtains were a great choice.

We were surprised that the hut didn’t have a kitchen nor a living room so we ended up paying a lot for our meals there for a family of 4. It was a bit claustrophobic for us all to stay in our room all the time when we weren’t out. The balcony floor could have been cleaned more as there was bird poo. The glass screen and door to the balcony could also been wiped as there were water stains that ruined the sea view.

Great location with views out to sea. Really quirky place to stay. fresh milk, small fruit juice cartons and bottles of water in the fridge were great to see on arrival for first cup of tea / drink. It was raining when we arrived but would have loved to have used the deck chairs hanging, ready for use in the hallway! Liked the ‘double door’ system at the front door so you could have main door open but still feel secure with second ‘see through’ door.

The stairs were really steep so keep this in mind if anyone has mobility issues. The only thing that stopped me giving this top marks was that the fridge in the downstairs ‘twin bed’ area had a loud humming sound which made me reach for the ear plugs! Otherwise highly recommended.

Charming property right by the sea and close to everything. Cosy. Manages to pack in fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glasses. After 3 night booking we wanted to stay on, and as huts not available moved for two nights to the excellent Hotel Continental down the road, with friendly helpful staff, bright tasteful decor, good restaurant and bar, great sea views.

Managed by Hotel Continental a good 10 minutes walk away, which we had to do in gale force winds. No water outlet on first floor so to fill kettle etc you must go down steep staircase to bathroom every time. Sea view somewhat compromised by condensation on windows.

We stayed in hit 10; it was beautiful, quaint and perfect for a cheeky romantic break for valentines’! There were so many great touches, including little heart chocolate each and much needed milk and juice boxes! The hut is gorgeous and very modern inside with all mod cons including hair dryer and toiletries! It was also one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in ages! To wake up and open shutters to look out to sea with a morning tea - nothing better! Thank you so much for a truly wonderful time - we’ll be back!

Location fantastic and having a parking space was perfect. Comfortable beds with lovely crisp linen, although the pillows were challenging! Very firm indeed!

No hooks in the bathroom or bedrooms. It's useful to hang your towels and odd bits of clothing up. No bin in the bedroom, only the tiny one in the bathroom. Great to have a mini fridge and a kettle, would have been good to know that beforehand. Shame there's no sitting area, we only stayed one night so it didn't matter a lot to us but we definitely wouldn't stay more than that with no area big enough for the 4 of us.

Location was perfect, few minutes walk to town plus huts really were so close to the sea. Views were amazing and sunsets were wow. Easy parking and free. 5 min walk to hotel where breakfast was delicious. Had 3 amazing nights in a great quirky property.

These are only minor issues and didn’t affect our stay but switch for lights was on the wall opposite the bed so you needed to turn lights off before going to bed. A bedside light would have been useful. Filling kettle upstairs and then caring back downstairs was awkward as stairs very steep.

Excellent position, lovely accommodation at a fair price plus parking on site. The small balcony is great if there are only 2 guests.

very confusing to know exactly what I had booked with Booking .com. I originally thought it was one of the fishermans cottages. I received an email from the company ( not booking .com) clarifying what accommodation I had booked and advising that there was no kitchen or breakfast included. This was not a problem for me but maybe it should be made clearer on Booking .com if the company feels it necessary to issue this disclaimer. Having read some reviews I see others have made similar comments. A small detail but as breakfast was not included maybe a couple of breakfast bowls could be provided to enable breakfast to be taken in the room.
