The property was well placed for access to Worthing, the South Downs or road and motorway networks. The village location is pleasant with local shops and pubs as well a just a 2 minute drive to a larger parade of shops. The room was large with a comfortable double bed and double sofa. There is a useful fridge and microwave, and cutlery/crockery for 2. Large TV. Good bathroom with a better shower than at many "chain" companies. Good communication for arrival procedures.

The wifi would not connect but I always have my own mobile wifi so I didn't really need it. A wardrobe would be useful but there was a chest of drawers. Parking, whilst on-street was easy and free. Some road noise during school runs but not an issue

The accommodation was perfect for my need; visiting elderly parents, at their home in Goring-by-sea and at Brighton hospital. I was given excellent advice from staff at the venue opposite the accommodation, Supporting Independence (I'd misunderstood the remit of the outlet but they were able to provide guidance on domiciliary care nonetheless); have breakfast (a cheese, mushroom & onion omelette) @ Dee's; and enjoy an evening meal at Gun Inn. A very challenging visit down South from North Wales was made less challenging by the standard of accommodation and its location. The room (9) had a the fridge, microwave as well as crockery and cutlery. Will definitely be re-booking all being well. 🙏😊

There was a 'stain' on the mattress; it looked like a felt tip pen that had leaked. I would suggest that the mattress be turned so that it's not recognisable, or that guests be told what it is.... 0

Attractively decorated room, well furnished with sofa, dressing table, and more. Comfortable bed. Shower-room with basin and loo felt spacious compared to some places. Mini fridge and microwave provided, as well as the usual kettle and tea/coffee making things. I brought my own milk for morning tea. Very clear directions to the building; and instructions for gaining access to the building, and to the room (see also below). Easy access to electric sockets for phone charging etc. "Staff" rated "Good" as messages clear; but I never met them so not be "excellent".

It's not really a negative, just a slightly sureal experience, gaining access to the building, and then the room, by pushing buttons etc, without sight of owner/manager - following instructions by text message. At the time of my visit the toilet lid needed repair - it was a little while ago now and may well have been repaired by now. Everything else was in good order.

Fantastic location. Good quality furniture and lovely decor. Excellent amenities (the fan was particularly welcome in the humid weather). No disturbance from other guests so presumably it's well soundproofed. Nicely stocked with tea and coffee, not that I actually used them. Also stocked with bathroom essentials. Clear instructions sent prior to arrival.

Genuinely nothing. It was an ideal place for a stayover.

Hassle free and lovely warm room

All was ok but perhaps it's me. Communication let you down. Yes the client pays and gets a digital receipt but it wasn't till late afternoon on the day I got an email to explain how you get the key to the door. Would suggest an email as soon as booked to tell clients how it works and explain that at the time client can enter they will receive an email with key safe details.

Lovely modern, small room, but had everything we needed. Located opposite a lovely cafe/tea shop. 3 pubs in the village, a fine dining restaurant, an Indian restaurant and a hotel/restaurant. Beautiful village about 10-15 minutes from Worthing, but lovely friendly people that made us feel so welcome and at home

The fact that there are no onsite facilities for food and drink is only a problem on Sunday for breakfast, as the cafe opposite is closed

Very comfy beds, nice hot shower, felt very safe& really good to find a roombig enough for all the kids& me.

There needs to be a handle inside the shower-room door and preferably a lock above small child height as well. The bathroom door and the lap trays had got missed out of the cleaning as well.

It is a lovely place to stay in, clean, comfortable, decent double bed, extra items in room that makes it cosy and warm, homely. Because room is big, it also means light and fresh air, lovely. Bathroom is just outside the room but private and again spacious. There is a fridge and a microwave which make it a great alternative to restaurant if you want a night in. TV is good size and WIFI has great signal. I have not visited the area yet, on business most of the time I stay here, so not sure how convenient area it is for tourism but does not seem far from anywhere. Stores near by for food. It is a room in a lovely own family home, very friendly and ensure always a good experience and ensuring you have anything you need. The house is quiet so no sleepless nights. Perfect for me and please try to, recommend it greatly.

Nothing really, may be a mirror in the room next to a plug for the hair straightener.

Had a business meeting in Worthing the following morning. I was a bit concerned about leaving my car in the street in Worthing so opted for a place a little further out. This is a great country location with a pub just down the road. A very secure village with easy access to Worthing on the A24. The owners allowed me to check in early as I arrived mid-morning and my room was ready. I cannot fault this place, absolutely 100%.
