Ramada by Wyndham Birmingham Airport

Everyone was very nice! The grill served excellent Philly steak sandwiches and the prices were reasonable. We did not have to leave the hotel property which was very nice. They even had airport parking for a very reasonable price. Will stay again if we fly out of Birmingham in the future. PS we left a Kindle and they are holding it for us when we return. Now that is GREAT service!

location and surrounding ,very pleasant place ,.Administration need to improve its standard building need to be refurbish and it can attract More visitors' round the clock. Try to start dine in service, waiters and room telephone , We wish Ramada all the best ,next time i visit shall find it more attractive .

No food and water available .

Although we had booked a handicapped room in advance, upon arrival there were non available. Thankfully your staff upgraded us to a suite, and seeing as we were only planning on being there less than 5 hours before our flight home, we were fine.

$5 a piece fir a Snickers bar from your vending machines is INSANE, and we should be reembused to a reasonable amount. The machine advised it would be $2.50, which 2 were purchased. Beds in handicapped rooms are so high, handicapped people have difficulties getting in and out of them.

if it had a microwave in the room. Didn’t like how we had to go all the way downstairs just to heat up our food . It would have been great if we could have just heated it up in the room .

It's was a short stay convenient to the airport which made it easy to take my daughter to the airport. Check in and out was easy and staff was very helpful with any questions I had. Airport shuttle was very friendly.

I don't know I was not there long enough to find anything I didn't like.

There was a baby grand piano in the lobby and I play piano myself! The staff allowed me to sit down and play and I enjoyed doing so for the people that were walking in and out of the hotel lobby! Also they had a great computer/office station that included a printer and scanner to which I could do anything and everything pertaining to work or computer work.

The room was clean and smelled fresh with h all lights working as well as hot water and clean towels

Should have room key access to a back/side door giving guest a closer route to there room or something and I couldn't get any sports channels

The staff was very accommodating, making sure I had my shuttle from the airport to and from the hotel. I liked that the hotel was so close to the airport.

Room was in need of paint but very clean. Beds we're super! We missed breakfast but it looked very reasonable and sounded good based on the menu in the room.

Needs painting.

Everything was a blessing to my husband and I we have no complaints. Keep up the good work.
