The room was great, perfect for my family, and close to the fultondale shopping center and food. Second, stay here and would stay again, the room was clean, and plenty of towels, front desk staff were very nice.

The only issue we had was that the people above us were extremely inconsiderate and very loud... so even though the bed and room were very comfortable, the noise prevented sleep. There is not 1 issue with the hotel itself. Just inconsiderate guests ...

It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk ladies were awesome, and very accommodating, I wanted a top floor room that was quiet and that’s exactly what I got. Very pleasant people 🥰

There was nothing I didn’t like except, when I called the hotel reservations to book it was $507.00 for my stay but when I went through booking.com it was only $376.00 for the same room

The staff Raine, was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations concerning navigating the city. The room was comfortable with lots of room to relax on the sofa or lie in bed while watching television. I liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room to reheat leftovers. The hotel was quiet and in a nice location away from a lot of traffic.

Nothing that I can note; we had a great stay at the hotel.

It was an extremely nice property, clean, beautiful view, I like how it’s not far from the city of Fultondale.

It was in an awkward location. Like I almost passed it bc it seemed like it was ducked off up a hill.

Breakfast a little cold. Hair in shower soap dish. 3 people booked 2 towel sets had to go downstairs for 3rd bedding set. Staff was very friendly though! 2nd stay on trip through, still a nice place. :)

Rooms were clean! Comfortable beds. Good shower head. Nice location and staff.

Our room had a dirty stained couch. The breakfast could use some meats. (Bacon or sausage).

The room was very spacious and clean. Front desk person was friendly. There was a gas fire pit outside that was nice.

Breakfast was bad. Limited food options probably because of covid, but what they offered wasn't good. The only fruit was old gross oranges. The only cereal was chex and apple jacks. Very few guests wore masks even though the signs say masks are required.

I was with my family and my dog, and everything was perfect, breakfast was great!

We have stayed at this location 2 times now. Usually don’t travel with our dog so usually stayed in another Hilton brand hotel. I was disappointed the lack of coffee during the day after breakfast hours. I understand Covid precautions but it’s just coffee. Also the bag breakfast- not all of us like blueberries. Muffins are always blueberry. Even the breakfast bar is blueberry.

Great room with studio kitchen - so wonderful to have especially during COVID. The hotel offered the best breakfast options we've had at a hotel this year - whole family was happy! I will definitely be looking for this chain when we travel for kids sports tournaments!
