Staff was excellent, happy to help and super helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and taken well care of. The free breakfast was great, as well. The eating area was clean and cozy.
The mobile key didn't work for us. That would have been nice to have, but once again, the front desk was super helpful and got us room keys to get into our room immediately.

Breakfast was as good as one could provide in these current times. The only reason I have a complaint is due to my inability to find milk to accompany the cereal you provided. I probably overlooked it, but it is worth mentioning to meet this sentence requirement they have here. To think of it, the coffee cups were really really small. Convenient though! If you could increase the size of the coffee cups that you offer, that would be a nice complement. Boom! Thanks for the great stay!
I don't have much to complain about, so I'll just reiterate what I stated. The coffee cups were terribly small. They were appropriate for a picnic entirely composed of 2nd graders. I couldn't find the milk for my cereal either. Real bummer.

Got put into a room with a leaking ac unit/wet carpet but after a quick call the amazing front desk charged our room immediately and was soo friendly

The facility was fine just inform your customer about all the fees. My bill says 139.00, but my bank account say 160. I had to call and get information about a hidden fee. That I will get back in 5 business days.

Friendly front counter staff at Check in and out. The woman setting up, and restocking, the Breakfast Area was very friendly and helpful and should be considered a very valuable employee.

I wish they had a affordable weekly rate, because we are waiting to close on a house and really wanted to remain there but they had reserved the room before we even checked out.

The friendliness of the staff and most definitely the cleanliness of the facility/rooms. That was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.
