Breakfast was fine, however some people partaking of breakfast failed to adhere to safety (wearing of PPE)

My vehicle was vandalized in the parking lot and there was no camera surveillance

The breakfast was good.

They ran out of hot food at about 8am and we waited hoping they would bring more. I’m sure they did, but we couldn’t stay and wait due to our travel schedule. We purposefully wanted to stay in a room with a jetted tub. The room was nice but we had to move b/c the tub was missing jet parts. Same thing happened in the 2nd room we moved into. The staff did great work to get the tub working. Just a suggestion that when the room is checked, the tubs also be checked to ensure all is good.

Paige was extremely helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to accommodate us.

I made a separate reservation for an additional day and when I came in later that night to get my keys redone, the guy at the front desk was in the back, asleep. Also when I needed to c/o at 4:30am, there was no one in sight. I didn't receive a receipt bc no one ever came to check us out. I also have a video.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and spa were clean and lots of clean towels. The lobby was super clean and the breakfast had several good on the go options. Brooke was a great front desk host. Super thorough. Driving from Wilmington NC to Tulsa, this was halfway point and I just what we needed to unwind. We will stay again.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We love the spa tub . The night host was very nice and helpful. There was a mix-up on my room, and I was upset, but Jahannah made everything right.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no turkey meat for breakfast. Everyone didn't eat pork

The female that checked me out wasn’t nice at all. She had an attitude and didn’t thank me for staying. She was not pleasant at all. The cleaning staff was rude also kept knocking on my door before my checkout time. I had the Don’t disturb sign up. When I went to get breakfast and come back the sign was taken from the door ton the floor in my room.

My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel at 3pm and left at 5pm on the first day out to eat and after we left, my girlfriends eye shadow pallet went missing. Staff refused to show the video surveillance of outside the room and the manager wouldn't come out and speak to us and had the kind front clerk tell us no one was in the room besides us. We didn't see why it was such a big deal to show the video if no one came and left the room besides us. Besides that incident everything was good.

Overall, it's a nice place to stay: the staff are both professional and friendly, there's a generally nice atmosphere, it's clean and (mostly) quiet.

We were awakened, a bit after 5AM, by the tremendous din made by the garbage truck, it went on for an inordinate amount of time. I recommend eating breakfast elsewhere, like most places these days, theirs is very basic.

The front desk lady was great. She was sweet and very friendly. Even though the pool was cold and the spa did not work. She was great. The rest didn't matter. Everyone in our group talked about how she was. You have a great employee in her. Great view

Pool cold and spa didn't work

Location was excellent. I had a conference at the Winfrey but it was way more expensive and this place was so close and easy to get to. Plus, there's a Starbucks right next to it.

I didn't have any problems.
